My follow up visits were informative and the staff was beyond helpful with the disability forms and paperwork. Dr. Rao was never in a rush during follow up visits. Check in was quick, prep was even quicker, and the entire time my son was in surgery I knew what stage he was in. After surgery they called me while I was in the waiting room to go over the procedure amd any questions I had. The earliest available is 6:30AM on the therapy side! Waiting room is the first stop, followed by X-ray, then the exam room. After discovering that I had broken my finger surgery was scheduled for a week later. The doctor was ahead of schedule on surgery day. So, I got out and home alot earlier than planned! Therapy is in the same building with the doctors. It is easy to get things handled with doctors and therapy in one trip.
