Mark showed up on time and was very thorough in walking my property and going over options. The other contractor stood me up two times! Keep in mind, I drive 3 hours to meet people. Once we got the permit in hand, I scheduled the drilling with Chris. He was up front and told me the lead time, which ended up being less then two weeks. On the day of the installation, Mark and Chris showed up exactly when they said' they be there! The were both very down to earth and professional while walking the property and analyzing how to setup their rigs. During the installation, I talked to Chris and Mark and explained to them that I never got to watch a well being drilled. The guys were very accommodating, they stopped work and would explain to me what they were doing, the challenges, etc. Mark even took time to explain when he uses certain supplies and how the other contractors will use cheaper supplies to pad their profits.
