We compared it against the distilled water that we had and the results were appalling. Installation was scheduled and their technician Adam Marjason completed the installation in less than 2 hrs. He is organized, knowledgeable and communicated the instructions of the RO systems to us. He answered all our questions post installation and practically went through the dos and the don'ts of the system. I will update this review in an event of any issues (if any) and how it was handled. But until then, overall we have good experience right from the start.

After a few years of being a good customer, patient, paying on time, never objecting to pricing, I **STILL** cannot get a response from him. One issue is that he's a one man show. It's him, or no one. His wife is lovely and accompanies him at times. Very knowledgeable herself. About 4 weeks ago I initiated contact and he responded immediately via text. Great, I thought. Then nothing. After a few more messages checking in, he said there was a family medical situation. I gave him space, and here we are two weeks and yet another text message to him later, and nothing.
