We compared it against the distilled water that we had and the results were appalling. Installation was scheduled and their technician Adam Marjason completed the installation in less than 2 hrs. He is organized, knowledgeable and communicated the instructions of the RO systems to us. He answered all our questions post installation and practically went through the dos and the don'ts of the system. I will update this review in an event of any issues (if any) and how it was handled. But until then, overall we have good experience right from the start.

I've used D&D for my home and business for years. I will no longer use them or refer business to…read morethem. I was without water and called in to see if they could come check my pressure switch. She went over that it's $90 instead of $60 plus labor. Once the guy got here it turned out since it was a no water call it would be a minimum of $350. I didn't have any plans for them to do work on the actual well, I didn't need the "no water truck" and did not ask for it. So that was absolutely ridiculous. He checked the pressure switch and left and I paid $397, he wasn't even here 10 minutes. I called and asked for a partial refund and as usual it took me calling and following up to get no where. Elizabeth was supposed to call me back on Tuesday with an update and I heard nothing. I am not chasing them down as that seems to always be the case. They say they will get back in touch and 4 days later you have to follow up AGAIN. Hard to believe a company as old as they are can't get it together. I finally got a well drilling company out here on Monday, they were here for 6 hours and their total labor charge was only $600 vs $400 for 10 minutes of nothing. Really a poor way to treat your long time customers. What a rip off.

The water well diggers were very careful not to damage my property, and they worked quickly and efficiently. The well they dug is working perfectly, as is all the internal plumbing that was required. 3D does top-notch quality work. My well digging situation was especially challenging. I had an existing well (dug by another contractor) that slowly stopped producing, so over a period of about a year I had 3D install a storage tank and booster pump, then later another well. I had 3D deliver water to my tank several times. The people at 3D were very understanding of my difficulties, and worked hard to ensure I and my family had enough water to get by until their new well could be drilled. The cost estimate they provided was fair and accurate given the limitation that a well digger can't know in advance how deep they have to drill. In any case, I feel that 3D has always treated me fairly and honestly. I highly recommend the friendly, competent professionals at 3D drilling!

We also inquired about a water softener at the time, but the technician said we should wait until the well is complete to see if it is needed. They easily could have upcharged us right from the get-go, but wanted to ensure we needed it. After the well we did decide to add a softener, but I still appreciate their honesty and not trying to just make a quick upsale. We have called them back and are adding a hand pump. We would definitely work with the company again. They have always answered the phone for questions (including on what to do when I forgot to add salt). They are just good people. This is a long review but entirely warranted given how they have treated us. I will update with photos.
