Ciara, is the best , helps with ideas, ...when not sure what exactly would be best for a balanced.. not over done look

Had another wonderful experience with Ciara DeRosa. She has been so helpful and knowledgeable in the past. This time, I'm blown away by the results of my Morpheus treatment, just over a week ago with Ciara. She really customized it, to my specific skin needs which she has already studied and has a lot of knowledge about. She said it would take three to four weeks, but I definitely see some changes already! Can't wait for the full results. I am thrilled and will continue to go back to see her. My face looks and feels amazing and so much more youthful. Great place for all of your cosmetic needs. I first went there with a Groupon for Botox and was very happy with the way it came out and the whole experience and come continued to go back. Dr. C and his staff are great. PA Ciara has done fat reduction procedures and Botox for me as well and does and awesome job. I recently went for IPL and Amy was so nice, made me comfortable, and the results were great. Everyone there is very honest; they once talked me out of a procedure, even though they wouldn't make the money on it. I highly recommend this place to anyone for their various services. I continue to go back and will make it my go to for any cosmetic or wellness services. Also the office is very nice and clean and the hours are great offering appointments as late as 7 PM. Ciara is amazing - she has angel wings tucked under her lab jacket! She takes time to carefully explain what products and procedures she feels would work best for you while allowing you to choose that which will compliment your comfort level and expectations. She is honest, precise, patient and extremely skillful - she truly is magical with her touch and technique. She chooses to be conservative when injecting and I share her philosophy of, "We can always add filler later!" She never rushes you and truly understands her patient's physical and emotional needs. One leaves her office feeling like a new person- emotionally and physically. Her follow-up care is amazing as well. Had injectable last month - Jeuveau, the newer version of Botox - and I couldn't be happier with Ciara's expertise! She gives you what you need, unless you want more, and is very honest and transparent about the process. Let me start by saying that the aestheticians are lovely, front desk help wonderful and that even though he is not a dermatologist, the doctor seems proficient. I bought a Groupon for an IPL Facial. I went in and was told by the aesthetician that I was not a candidate but I could use the $500.00 promotional value towards another service. I chose the PRP facial and said I would scheduled the appointment for a later date. The helpful person at the desk activated my Groupon so I would get the full promotional value. I called and scheduled appointment and when I asked the cost of the facial (1200) I asked that the 500 would be applied and she said yes. So the balance would be 700. On the day of the facial, the office manager comes in and talks about how they are willing to do the "deeper" fractura for a mere 300 more and then says it really is not as good and normally would be 500 but they want success so he does both for 1500. I agree. The doctor also suggests some filler. The office manager and I talk and she agrees to 2 vials at 750. Each. I sign document listing the price and cross it out and write in 750. When it's time to settle up- she (office manat) insists she can only give me the cost of the Groupon- not the promotional value as promised. Now let's be clear. I have now spent more than double the amount i came in intending to, and she is vehemently arguing that if they gave the promotional value they would go out of business. I refused and paid them the full amount, less the difference I purchased Groupon for 109 so paid the $381 less. I was going in for a service that was 1200 which would have cost 700 plus the $109 cost of Groupon. I left giving them 2500 including the 109 Groupon. I think they should be pleased with their success as a new customer I spent 3xs what I would have ! Kinda crazy - she insists that the billing department will send me to collection . I will have to file a complaint with FTC , Groupon and with Consumer Protection Agency. this is ridiculous.. read more

Ciara is fantastic. She has injected me twice for botox for my forehead, etc. She has done a great job. Others give me droopy eyelid because they just don't listen. I've been getting botox for about 5 years and I know what works/doesn't work with me. Ciara totally listened. I absolutely recommend her! read more

I have been treated by Dr. C for 6 years. The staff are all extremely professional and friendly. I have received many different services over the years with excellent and natural results. All I can say is Ciara is simply amazing! I've been seeing her for Botox treatments for a while now and she never disappoints. She is genuine and extremely talented and knowledgeable when it comes to aesthetic treatments. I followed Dr. Cavazos from his previous place of employment to his new practice. He is a great doctor who cares about his patients. He is professional and takes the time to listen to you. I drive 40 minutes to come see Dr Cavazos because he is the best doctor that I have had. His office staff are very friendly and professional.
