Don't trust these guys! Thwy don't check the cars before they sell them to you! We bought a car that was supposed to be checked and everything was great, it turned out the transmission is very bad!! Very deceitful we drove 5 hrs to look at a Ram Promaster. We spoke multiple times asked a lot of questions and were told that it was in perfect running order with a small dent from a tree branch. We arrive to find out that the bent is across half of the roof and down the side. Several inches. scratched up severely with all the way down to the metal and cylinder six needs a coil. They offered to purchase and send the coil to us, but then we would still have to pay for the labor to put it in. Very upset we waisted an entire day and the cost of gas going back and forth. read more

unfortunately they will only let me give one star as that is being generous. we were told the van was ready to go but had a small dent in the roof from a tree limb. We drove 5 hours to find out the roof was caved in and almost half way up and had damage to the side and rear door. Then was told it had a bad coil on one cylinder. terrible way to run a business. read more

So go to this place because I wanted a used jeep wrangler and they had a used one with decent miles on it so call to see about a test drive. Test drive it and 4 wheel is sticking and the roof leaked and let them know during the drive and they say it was just washed they left the window down but they will make sure it is all set and fixed if I buy it because they do a "huge inspection" on all the vehicles and he don't know how it wouldn't get caught. So I end up picking it up go to drive it again and this place literally disconnected the 4 wheel cable from the shifter and nothing with the top. No big deal with top planed on buying new one anyway. Call them that day before I even have 1 single document that we signed for the purchase and before they take my trade in and tell them and oops they don't understand but it will be fixed. So drop it back off still not any paperwork or my trade in taken. So they fix that I check it all and looks OK so go ahead because they of course overvalued the vehicle but they are going to give me real good value on the trade in which they tried to switch from alot to nothing and they changed it. Of course have the vehicle less than 2 days, 1 trip to work and I have a radiator leak which when I bought it I looked and all hoses are brand new and still has the black mesh over hoses so never would have ever thought a dealership would glue a Crack in a radiator. Did they think this would hold? Is anyone who sells cars literally that crazy or do they just duct tape what they can to sell vehicles? U decide. Well call them and no one returns my calls till of course this review hits Google then they are responsive. I send the pics of the glue and all that and now it's well we only safety inspect vehicles i have no idea what people do before we get them is what the guy says. So he says he will replace the radiator if I pay for the part and he will pay the labor if I remove this review. Well your probably wondering why this review is their if they promised to resolve the situation and I would remove it. Well they pay 68$ for the radiator and they charge my debit card 200$ before I ask for the receipt. The teenage sales kid gets real nervous and everyone is in the office as their looking because who would comit fraud and charge someone's debit for an amount more than what the part cost after all these issues? DREAM AUTO would. Now I get to go to my bank and dispute this and go through the headache. What a nightmare run from this place. I've never had so many scammers in 1 place before. Interesting. I called to see about test driving a vehicle I saw online. Stated I could come in on my lunch break. Character on phone states I probably couldn't, but you can come look at it. Apparently it's blocked in by other cars. You can't have a car ready to be looked at by a prospective buyer in 3 hours? Instead I got "Do you mind if I ask you what you're currently driving?" I ended call instead of saying nothing that's why I'm looking! read more

I went back and forth about leaving a review because ultimately it was my decision to purchase the vehicle from them. I had an unfortunate turn of events happen to me. My car was total overnight and I was in no position to purchase a new vehicle. I searched on carguru and came across a GMC Acadia that caught my eye. I reached out to the dealership and everything seemed great. I was preapproved through a company online, but they had me go through a company they preferred. I made the drive which was about an hour and half from my house. My rental was due back the next day thanks to some miscommunication from the insurance company so I prayed this vehicle would be all I hoped it would be. I felt very uncomfortable there, but proceeded with the sale even though I had a bad feeling. Test drove it and it smelled funny, but nothing an air freshener couldn't fix. I was given a powertrain warranty, for one year I believe, and that's ultimately led me to feel confident enough to purchase the Acadia. I had mentioned that there was a bit of shaking in the car when test driving it and they reassured me that it was air pressure as the mechanics that inspect their cars would've noticed anything bigger than that. So, I signed the papers, buckled my 8 year old in and we were on our way. Halfway home, I noticed the shaking got worse and my check engine light came on. I instantly panicked. I took it to get air in the tires first thing in the morning and the shaking was still there so the next week on my way to work I dropped the car off to my local shop and left it for them to work on while I was at work. They called me about an hour later and told me that both my sway bar links and control arms were in bad shape and the car wasn't safe to drive. I was very upset considering I drove and hour and half home with my child in this unsafe car. I told the shop that I had a warranty and gave them the info. They reached out to the warranty company and said they would have to send a tech out to look at the issue to see if its something they will cover. My car sat at the shop overnight because if i picked the car up, the warranty company would possibly not pay for it. The next morning I get a call from the shop telling me the company wont pay for it because it was sold to me in that condition. I called the dealership and that's where the fun begins. I told them the situation, in which he replied, "we do not have mechanics that inspect our vehicles." So, I was lied to from the start. I had not even had the car for more than a week! I wanted them to pay for the fix considering it was sold to me that way. They refused saying that they would pay the $500 deductible for the warranty. I explained to them the warranty would not cover it because they sold it to me like that. I asked to speak with the manager, whom was always very conveniently out of the office, on a call, or with another customer. The conversations went back and forth for two days while my car sat at the shop. They finally called the shop and said they would pay for it. The cost was $700. The shop went ahead and fixed my car. Then, the dealership decided they weren't going to pay for it because when tire man sent them a link for payment, the dealership decided I was trying to scam them and they didn't know what the text to the secure website was. I cried on the phone knowing I didn't have the money to get my car out of the shop. When I called back to speak to the manager, the guy I had been dealing with said, "You know what, I'm sick of hearing your voice!" "Listen Lady, I don't know what you want from us. I have a truck that is broke down right now too, so I know how you feel." I couldn't believe the way he spoke to me. I did eventually speak to a manager days later. He agreed to send me a check to cover the $500 warranty even though the warranty wouldn't cover it. I figured coming up with $200 for the repair was better than $700. I was able to use a loan they offered through the shop to pay for the repair. A few days went by and no check in the mail. I called the dealership and spoke with the manager who told me due to the holidays, the mail was probable behind, but he sent it out earlier in the week. So, I patiently waited, still nothing a week later. I had a feeling they weren't going to sent the check, but I remained hopeful. I reached out to him again and he said that i needed to sign something before he sent the check out. So, he once again lied to me. I refused to sign the paperwork so I was out another $700 a week after buying the car. A few weeks later I noticed some transmission issues. I have no money for that so we're riding it out until it dies. They honestly do not give a crap about you or your family. They want to sell vehicles and will say anything to get you to sign. It was a big mistake, but I'm hoping with this review, it will save others from making the same mistake. read more
