I just had two showers redone using Dream Big Tile Company. Adam came out and inspected the work that needed to be done. We received a very competitive quote and their timing to do the work matched what we needed. They started a day later than originally estimated but Adam laid out a timeline to finish both showers. They finished right on time. Adam does all of the tile work and it is excellent. His workers were very courteous and polite. My experience with Adam was the opposite of the 2024 reviewer. He came back to look at the job. At that point, he was pretty booked up, so between his schedule and ours, it was going to be June. I was delighted when Heather contacted me to say they could do it May 1st. He arrived when he said he would, did a great job and added touches I hadn't thought of. Wish I could give them a lower review - they certainly deserve it! We contracted for them to do some tiling on August 14. 2024 and August 15, 2024. About a week ahead of time on August 9, 2024 Heather called and asked if they could reschedule for Friday and Saturday August 16 and 17. I made it clear to them that I had a tight schedule - getting shades cleaned then put back on the windows. But I graciously agreed to the 2 day delay. Additionally, I made it clear before I hired them that there was a rather big drop from the hallway floor to the Master Bedroom. I was assured that he could handle it, but, as far as I could tell, he didn't seem to know how. When they showed up on Friday, August 16, I was told that they would be back on MONDAY to finish the job. I told them that would not work for me because I had already planned to get my shades cleaned on Monday and I couldn't change the date. The owner, Adam was really rude to me and told me that they couldn't finish the job on Saturday and wouldn't guarantee Tuesday. I finally politely asked them to leave! SO irritating - I had this scheduled for over a month. totally unreliable, unprofessional! find someone else to do your tiling. read more

We met Adam Martinez, the owner of Dream Big Tile around 2008 when we had about 2000 square feet of our home floors tiled. We had most of our carpet replaced with tile, which was the best decision ever. It looked great and held up even better. He even made suggestions on things that would look or work better than what the company we purchased the products from suggested. We lived in that house until 2020 and never had any issues with our tile or grout. My mom moved into a house in Rita Ranch in 2016 and it needed a lot of work. We hired Adam to install a walk-in shower for her master bathroom and replace the countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms with tile. She had not moved into her house yet and we trusted him fully to go in and out as needed. My mom is very particular about clean workers and the cleanliness of their work areas. She was very pleased with how nice the guys were and how nice they all looked. She couldn't believe how clean they kept their work areas each day and how they cleaned up after the jobs were complete. We moved into a new house in 2020 and needed some carpet removed and some tile installed. Adam came out right away and gave us a great quote. However, we were on a time crunch trying to get out of our old house and into our new house so needed it done before he could get to it. He is in high demand for his quality work. Our new house had 2 bathrooms that were in desperate need of remodeling and had to be done after we found some leaks and mold, so we called Adam and had him replace the tub/shower combos with walk-in showers. The price was right, and his workmanship and turnaround time was excellent. While pulling out one shower, he noticed that the drain area was super wet and dug down to find a broken pipe that smelled horrible and was causing damage underneath the old tub. He was very nice to fix that for us. He also was able to find the perfect shower doors for each bathroom at the right price and his glass man did an excellent job installing them. Adam will make sure you have the correct amounts of your supplies before he gets started on the job and will finish it promptly. Our showers were simple designs and he finished each one in less than a week. Your expectations will be exceeded if you hire Dream Big! read more

Dream Big Tile first renovated our guest bath by removing the totally worthless small tub and replacing it with a beautiful shower. I loved what they did so much, I decided to have them renovate our master bath by putting in a walk-in wet room that includes a handheld shower, rain shower, a teak fold down bench, and a Japanese soaking tub. It is absolutely gorgeous! Adam is wonderful to work with - he has great ideas and is totally open to my ideas and input. He never "left me in the dark." Always told me what he was doing and when. (He also has a great sense of humor.) His office staff and work crew were all fantastic, also. All so kind and courteous and ready to help out in any way they can. Adam loves what he does; he was so excited and enthused about both our bathroom projects. Adam and crew all are hard workers; they show up early and work constantly until time to leave for the day. No "goof off" down time from any of the crew. They clean up nicely each day. I also want to share how Adam and his crew helped me with other things that I needed done while they were working on the renovations. I truly appreciated that.
