When we decided to remodel our current home, which was a much larger project, we knew we wanted to get an estimate from Johnnie at BP. We ultimately went with them and are glad we did. Jillian coordinated purchases for our project, and Jesse was our project manager. Walls, ceilings, electric, plumbing, and doors moved. Tile was replaced, new cabinets and lighting installed. The work was again completed on time and within approved budget. We really are pleased with how our house looks and how functional it is, and we've recommended BP Remodeling to friends. One is in the midst of their project now. We hope we are done with remodeling homes, but we would not hesitate to use BP again based on our experience.

Update first day of two: Jesse has the two new water scupper devices installed. The first seals are setting up. His practiced eye found two areas where the flat roof emulsion was lifted up, a little. A little is all it takes for rain water to seep down. We have to accept it might not be a single solution. But I am confident in his skills and knowledge. From the ground , the work looks sharp. Last step will be prime and paint the correct color. Which I have in reserve for small things. On to tomorrow....

A different crew was sent out for a do-over from its original condition, and did alot of fix-up work, but the end product is solidly sloppy. They did a great job demolishing and hauling away an old shed.

We were very happy with Strongbuilt. They were with us every step of the way and were very…read moreresponsive and easy to work with. We knew we wanted to add a garage to our house, but truly did not know where to start. I called and Pam spent the time walking me through the steps and answered my questions. She even recommended an amazing Architect to pull the drawings together. The bid pulled together was extremely complete and they took the time to survey the area in detail. They found and recommended items that we did not even know to consider and really brought our ideas to life. Their bid was 10% less than the next lowest bidder as well! Even though our project was straight forward (add a garage), it was complicated by the fact that ALL our utilities had to be moved. This was electric, solar, water, gas, irrigation, and cable. Their coordination with the utility companies was incredible. We were never without water or power or gas for more than a few hours even though EVERYTHING had to be moved. Pam is a master communicator and really keeps things moving. Chris is the visionary and walked us through what was going to be done and when and why certain decision had to be made (drainage, code, etc) and never tired of answering our questions. John was the site manager and was very easy to work with and kept the building humming along. The whole project was competed quickly and we could not be happier.
