What irritated me is I had then sat there for 20 minutes before I went back up to ask how long I would have to wait, they had rechecked me in and said they would have me back quickly. Just for me to then sit an additional 10 minutes waiting and watching 5 more people called back before myself. Mind you these people stayed in the lobby for no more than 5 minutes at most. Wont be returning!

They had what I wanted and Phil asked what I was looking for and offered to order it. I came back today and there it was! Now it's important to note that he wasn't familiar with the product I was looking for. He had to research and hunt it down in order to place that order and there it was just a little more than a week later. Is there customer service this good these days? Not in my experience. I came in with my valid REAL ID (I am 22) and the owner, Marv, immediately insisted it was fake. He stated he would call the police, and I encouraged him to do so (mulitple times- and at this point, obviously not nicely.) When the police arrived, they confirmed that my ID was valid. There was no scanner, no verification tool, and no legitimate reason for his accusation. What made this situation worse was that while I was recording, Marv locked both exit doors, which I have on video. The doors were not unlocked until I called the police myself. That alone felt extremely unsafe and unnecessary. He says he didnt- but the video i have says otherwise and im sure the store footage would prove it as well. This can be considered "unlawful detainment"- especially without cause. The entire interaction felt discriminatory--especially considering my friends (who look younger) had no issue. As a masculine-presenting woman and someone who is part of the LGBTQ+ community, I left feeling targeted rather than "carded." I've never had anyone question this ID at clubs, dispensaries, or any other establishment. Based on this experience, I will not return and I would caution other LGBTQ+ individuals to be aware of how they may be treated here. I didn't walk in with a problem; but i did walk out realizing he saw one in me. Hopefully; the police helped you out on spotting an ACTUAL fake id, and not just accuse innocent people of having one
