There was a time when they used to spray your car down with power wash hoses before you went through the tunnel. Then they would only do one side until you requested both sides to be done. And still, they didn't do the back. Then they stopped doing it altogether stating, and I quote, "we don't do that". You used to be able to run your rubber mats through the automatic washer, but they don't allow that anymore. There was a time when you could take the air hose and blow off some of the excess water that was left on your car after you went through. But they don't work anymore. Although they tell you, you can go through as many times as you want, the car is never clean. In their defense, they do offer free vacuums, free glass cleaner, and micro towels, which you will definitely need.

I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. I was doubtful to be honest. He called me around noon to tell me it was ready when I was expecting it to take at least another hour. I don't understand the negative reviews. The chemicals was changed so that more soap is being used but they are not rinsing the soap off with enough rinse water (MANAGER TOLD ME THIS), so when it comes out to get hand dried, the soap is all over the vehicle and it is being rubbed into the paint which is why the cars look worst. The manager replied, "IT DOESN'T HURT THE PAINT,", and I say it DOES HURT THE PAINT, my 2 vehicles def look way worse than EVER before. It wasn't broke DON'T FIX IT!!!! What happened to this place? I used to go there 3-4 times a week because they were really good, but now, I barely come once a week because it makes me mad to see this car wash destroying car paint.
