2 months after i got an oil change my motor blew up. I had no oil in my car, the oil drain plug was loose and when i checked my receipt from the last time I went, it said the put the wrong type of oil in my car. When i called and asked to speak to a manager the employee was very rude and hung up on me. When i proceeded to call back and finally got to speak to a manager, he told me that they didn't carry the oil my car needed and that the oil they used was fine to use in my car. The review is from a previous visit for an oil change several months back. When I near or exceed the engine oil date/mileage and I just need a quick oil change...this the place I go and get on the road. Never a long wait. They have two drive thru bays, as you pull in they'll look your information up (via license plates) and as if you was the same service and get to work, In the meantime, they'll check your your lights and air filter..they'll offer to replace any that needs to. As they are replacing your oil, they'll also top off your windshield washer fluid too. The staff is always helpful and the service is very quick. The one advantage this place has over other places (i.e., JiffyLube), you stay in your vehicle...no need to get out and go to the waiting room. As with other drive-thru oil change shops, they offer a free wash. read more

Took my husband's truck for an oil change. In changing the oil they found a problem with the oil filter cap. The crew worked on it but found the cap needed to be replaced and they did not have the part. They offered me a ride home until the part came in. The truck was not safe to drive. Ken called around to a few places until he located the part at a local Ford dealer. Ken went to the Ford dealer to pick up the part and installed it. Ken went over and above and what he did is greatly appreciated. Had they not noticed the problem who knows what would have happened. Thank you Ken and your crew! read more

Since April 2019, my husband has paid for this monthly car wash special. It started out at $16.99 per month and is currently $19.99 per month for an UNLIMITED Wash Pass as their handout outlining their terms and conditions tells it. We live close by so my husband would take his car to get it washed on average 2-3 times per week. While waiting in line this past week, the owner approached my husband and informed him that he was "abusing" the offer by bringing his car for a wash so often, even though my husband would faithfully tip the guys drying his car every single time, as well. We have been subscribers to the unlimited wash club for about a year, and we also have used the oil change services and the detailing services. Everything had gone very smoothly! The car wash is pretty thorough. It includes hand spraying and scrubbing of the front and back before you go into the automatic machine, and there is a team at the end who hand dries your car as well. I much prefer that to the majority of automatic car washes these days where you end up with water spots after the electric dryers inevitably don't get your car all the way dry. The employees have always been courteous and professional. Sometimes car shops can feel a little weird to go to alone as a woman, but I feel comfortable there. The folks in the lube shop are very thorough, too. In addition to the services requested (oil change and tire rotation), they have also checked other fluid levels. They recently alerted us that our coolant had gotten low (a sign of a possible leak), which meant we were able to get the car into the shop before it turned into a big problem! They possibly saved us big bucks that way. The detailing services are really excellent too. Very reasonably priced and boy do our cars end up clean! The one thing I would change about this place is I wish there was a Venmo account QR code or something similar to use to tip the folks working the car wash. I rarely carry cash, so I can't always tip -- but I would love an option to do so electronically! read more

The service has gotten worse over the years. They Mark things on receipt as checked, but the only thing checked was my oil level. They didn't check any other fluid levels or even the tire pressure. Too worried about trying to upsell things u don't need. Won't go back. They told me mother in law her 2 year old Honda Accord needed radiator n engine flush due to sludge. There were no cones out until after we arrived-in which the employee placing them spoke to us or didn't. We came with the intention of being quick and tried to be quick and were perfectly fine to to leave when asked, until f bombs were thrown firsthand. You don't get to treat people like trash even if we misread or missed a sign. Which is not out of the box unordinary. Our intention was not to vandalize or be rude, if you got flipped off and you were met with a response you didn't like, try adjusting your approach first. I love the professionalism of your response on here. No wonder this business has 2 stars on average. Any discrepancies I've had with a business never was handled this way. I've never known myself or anyone else of the working class to hand a discrepancy this way with a guest. Today I paid the extra $4 for the upgraded car wash and the older caucasian dude told the guys to still give me the $8 car wash! The flashing sign said $8 too. I have visited this place before for a car wash, but while I was going through my new ValuPak in the mail, I saw a coupon for $10 off of an oil change. Lord knows I was WAY over my mileage driving back and forth from NJ to MD. I drove up and they started working on the car right away. They checked all of the lights, too! They showed me my filter and told me the oil was really black - once I told them I was 4-5000 over my last change they said that was likely why, and suggested an engine flush so the particles wouldn't damage the motor, or something like that. I politely declined. Neither of those were what I can in for, but I'll consider it on my next maintenance visit. After my work was done I went to the car wash, and they took the coupon from my receipt for the free wash. The free wash was trash, but it was free so I can't complain, lol. My son wasn't feeling well so he was boycotting a nap. After two hours of trying to get him to nap, I figured I'd try to go for a drive to see if he would sleep. He finally fell asleep, so while I was out, I went to go get my oil changed. I didn't want to wake him, so I wrote a note to the guys working there that I had a sleeping baby in the car. They were amazing. They changed my oil and did everything they could to keep quiet while doing so, including writing my price on a piece of paper. Not to mention very quick service and a great oil change (as always), but they went out of their way for me, and 100% I will be back. Customer service 11/10. read more

I was so happy that he confirmed this for me without me prompting him. He told me to be on the safe side he'll take a look at the front as well. He is the epitome of a good person. Worst car wash experience ever. Took my vehicle to get washed. Paid for a $9 Super Wash. The two guys in the entrance used brushes to scrub a few places they figured their machines couldn't reach. The automated portion was just fine. as I pulled out of the wash, the towel dry team was there to finish it off (SIX guys) so I was certain this thing would look great. I drove home (1/4 mile down the road) and after I got out saw the vehicle still dirty. some places not even touched by the brush guys at the beginning, the machines, or even the whole towel squad. I took my vehicle back to speak with the manager. I asked for a refund since I paid for a clean car but still didn't get that. he offered to put it back through a second time but refused to give me back my money. I asked if it would look any better than the first time, or if it's just going to be the exact same. he said he didn't know and hurried me along. His excuse was that my car was "filthy when you brought it to us." (i guess they only wash clean cars here...) I showed him how much he was exaggerating this "filth" he spoke of by wiping my finger across the dusty hood. His reply, "why don't you wash the whole thing with your finger then?" Haven't had a bad experience yet the owner looks to be a yam-bag but has yet to give me a reason not to comeback the employees look a little scary but what do expect. Not really much to expect from the area you are in. I like this car wash, best one around until proven otherwise. Also, I did have a concern that they taped my rear wiper down with tape and it was sticky. Didn't really understand the point of why they did that. But for a little over $10 for a quick shine I'm still going. Would have any work done to my vehicle there though. read more

Careful of what wash they program you for!! I paid for a "Works Plus" which is the max $16 price one. Only got the basic no Armor All Tire Wet. I wouldn't be so upset if it wasn't a $4 price difference. Watch and make sure they communicate the wash cycle and price or you'll get ripped off!!! read more

I went in to Westhampton Car Wash with my brand new 2019 VW and purchased their top wash package. When i returned home to unload items from trunk i discovered that the majority of the trunk and rear bumper were covered in scratches. I can see every brush stroke in the clear coat. I'm assuming that a careless employee sat the brush down on the ground and got dirt/sand in it before scrubbing the car. I immediately returned to the car wash to speak with the manager. He told me that because my car was black that it is just naturally going to show any imperfections in the paint. Yet, nowhere else on the vehicle has any scratches. He then reassured me that they only use the softest of brushes and simply had another employee come wipe over it with a rag and some wax, which did absolutely nothing for the issue, and said that was all they could do for me. I've only owned the car a month and this was the first wash. So i now have a brand new vehicle, with 30 day tags, that i need to take somewhere to have the entire trunk deck and rear bumper buffed out. read more

I got an oil change beginning of July. I told the person needed 16.99 special they have going on he still charged me 52.99 (after $10 off coupon) on top of that every time i brake my oil light comes on. I thought it was for brake oil. But after Some research I found out it happens when oil is low quality and not enough so when braking, engine don't receive amount of oil it should. Now I have to get another oil change even tho I still have 1500+ miles left before next oil change but I cant risk my car for 1500 miles. read more

I was looking to get my car serviced and a friend of mine recommended that I go here. I needed an oil change as well as back breaks and rotors. I was greeted by one of the Mechanics named Ladi who was professional as well as friendly. He answered all of my questions and explained what he was going to do with my car. He also provided me with education on what to look for in the future . I felt very comfortable with him which I often don't when getting my car serviced .The service was prompt and reasonably priced. They are more than just quick oil changes! The Manager at this shop is a Gem! He is truly a wonderful person! His customer service is the best I have experienced in a LONG time. Most car places try to take advantage of customers when they think that customers do not know any better, not this guy. He is very honest. He shows you the old parts and takes the time walk you through everything to make sure you understand why you need certain maintenances (brakes, tune-ups). He does not price gouge. I send all my friends and family to him as well. The manager cares about your safety when he and his staff deals with your car. He treats your vehicle like it's his (that's saying a lot). I only will take my car to this place. They are trustworthy and clean not to mention friendly. Thank you sir for keeping my car running safe! I have been taking all my cars (3 up to last week, now 4) to get my oil changed here for over 10 years. All my cars use upgraded oil, Full synthetic or high mileage. I was with my wife when she got her oil changed last and they put a sticker on with a 3,000 mile reminder. I asked if they could put 5,000 miles, as I do ask my wife and daughters to pay attention to when they are due and I don't want them to have to calculate. The Lead Tech (Manager?) got very angry and insisted that it had to be 3,000 miles, as the insurance company requires it. That seems odd, in that no oil company or manufacturer recommends 3,000 mile oil changes, especially with partial or full synthetic oil. Anyway, due to his angry reaction, I just had 2 of my cars serviced for the first time at other oil change places. Just wanted to share why a customer is moving on. read more

Very disappointed with my experience at Westampton Quick Lube today. Not a single worker was wearing a mask and only one individual had it on him (it was slung under his chin). It's the middle of a pandemic. I don't feel comfortable having workers coming up to my car and speaking to me right at my window without wearing a mask. Also, the check out sheet/receipt states that they checked my brake fluid, lights, wiper blades, battery, air filter, etc. None of that was done. Shame on you. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! Cash only and an attitude from the attendants because I should know that? I go through and sit in the car, ok. Upon exit you get rushed by 4 guys with towels who are supposed to be drying the vehicle. From my view inside the car I'm watching soap that never rinsed off get smeared all over the car and make a bigger mess than what I went in with. I mention to the attendant that the towels must be dirty. He yells at the guy with the dirty towels while they are working on the next car. No one comes over with clean towels, no one apologized, no one notified a manager. I'm left standing there with a dirty car and $12 out of pocket?! Are you kidding me? This us how you run a business? I look for the manager. No one helps me. I have to get back to work because I was on my lunch break. I noticed when I walked around the car there is tape on my back window where they duct taped my wiper down. The tape is gone, but the window is covered in sticky crap! I call and ask to speak to a manager. I'm asked who am I and which one I want to talk to with again, an attitude! I'm on hold... Forever. I magically get disconnected and NOT on my end. I call back and get transferred to the "manager". He gives me an even bigger "what do you want? Why are you wasting my time?" Tone. Tells me "bring it back". I'm at work! "Then bring it in tomorrow..." REALLY? It takes you twice to do the job right and I'm getting spoken to like a criminal? No offer to refund. This is for an exterior wash people! No vacuuming, no windows, no dashboard, or door jams... TOTAL RIP OFF!! Never again and I suggest you all save your money! -5 stars. read more

I've gone here many times until now. If you get a guy named Chris for service I suggest you keep on driving. To say he was a jerk is a understatement. Nasty from the second I drove in. I was gonna let it go and just not return until I realized he also lied about the service he gave. Never checked half the things he said he checked but they were marked as completed. In fact, I trust him so little I'm going to have my engine checked to make sure it was done properly. The most concerning thing is when I spoke to the manager I was told this wasn't the first complaint they received about him. Best part is my teenager got to witness this moron being a complete jerk. As I said, if you get s guy named Chris keep on going. The car wash guys are amazing however. Just don't get your oil changed there.
