He could've just said he doesn't have a product that's a good fit for my use case because of the mattress thickness, but instead he made a recommendation for another company and told me the safety guidelines. Why? Because he wanted to help me. That meant a lot to me. I just ordered what he recommended without a second thought because I trust Jeff, and you should, too. They fixed the light in the sofa (after about 6 months). Fixed the motor on the one side of the sofa after delivery. Then when the brace broke OFF under the foot rest...nope don't cover that! Piece literally broken in half then came right off under the footrest. Their Guardian Protection only covers accidental not manufacture defect. They can't even tell me who the manufacturer is! I will NEVER give any of my future business to this store. No matter which state I live in. Tell your people NO! Now I have a sofa with a broken piece under the footrest, who knows how long it will last. $3200 for JUNK.

The people that work here are fantastic. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient. There is no pressure regarding sales. You can take your time browsing and checking out the various products. We sometimes just go in to visit with Laura (sales) because she is so much fun to talk to. We also like to visit the amazing beds that they have on display. Definitely worth a visit.

Our new mattress was delivered, but the crew refused to take our old mattress and foundation, contrary to what Tarik had told us would happen when we purchased the new set. The installation crew leader was rude, unprofessionally dressed in pajama pants and driving a rental truck, and told us that they could not put the old mattress with into their truck because it had slight staining. He indicated that they were a subcontractor to the store and not employees. You had to look very hard to find a small sweat stain on the mattress, which was their excuse. To make things worse, he then said that they couldn't dispose of the foundation because they only take complete sets of mattresses and foundations. He said that they donate the used mattress to churches, but nothing of this nature was mentioned when we purchased the mattress. Our 12 year old mattress was quite worn out and I can't imaging anyone wanting it - it is ready for the landfill. Basically, we feel that we were lied to by Tarik. Should anything happen that requires a warranty, I no longer trust this store, as my gut feel is they would shirk their responsibility or tell us more lies. We were shopping for two mattresses, but I can tell you that the second certainly won't be purchased from this store.

Bob is the main salesman, and talking to him helped me get a good idea on what mattresses would work best for me, along with allowing me to try a pretty good selection of what was available in the store. I definitely left satisfied with what I got in the end. Delivery went by super quick as well, and they even help to carry mattresses up stairs for their customers too (super appreciated)! I say "attempted" to purchase your product because of the failure of your company to process my order.  Your company dragged me and my family through misery for almost 2 months. Here is our experience. We have been looking for stores selling mattresses and stopped at US-Mattress Store. We were met by a very nice and professional salesperson that was able to answer all of our questions and suggested to us to purchase an adjustable base and a mattress. She also made us aware that due to situation with a pandemic our order may take a while to get delivered (about 4 weeks). After a few hesitations we decided to go ahead and proceed with our order. About a month later (January 20, 2020) we received an email asking us to choose a delivery date, as our mattress was manufactured and ready for delivery. With our work schedule, we picked February 2, as a delivery date. A day prior to that we received a phone call confirming delivery. I took a day off from work expecting my mattress. Around 10am that day, the delivery company called me to inform me that my mattress was not loaded on the truck, so they will reschedule in about 3 days. I waited 3 days and there was NO CALL. Eventually I called a service center and was told that "your order WAS LOST and we need 2 more weeks to find it". They also promised to get in touch with me in about 2 days and inform me further of the status of my order. A WEEK!!! later  - NOTHING!!! I called again on February 13th, and was told that I can order a NEW MATTRESS and it will take FOUR WEEKS for delivery!!! I asked politely, if there was anything that could be done to expedite the process, since I am without a bed in my house for almost 2 MONTHS... And the answer was: "NO"... "you can cancel your order and get your money back". During this entire mess, I never got an apology or even any compassion. As your customer, I felt that there was absolutely no desire to help me and that made me extremely angry and disappointed in US-Mattress as a so called reputable "American brand". Shame on you !.. You lost a customer and will lose many more, as I will make sure that all of my friends and my customers on all social media are notified and aware of your poor customer service, horrible delivery company, lack of communication and generally poor business practice. They will become aware and STAY AWAY from US-Mattress.

So many styles and fabrics to choose from in the store. What I liked was that the staff just let us walk around without being pushy. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and knew design. The owner even came out to welcome us and ask if there was anything else they could do for us? It was refreshing to get great customer service in today's time. What a great find!
