It tells me you prioritize your clients and respect their time and you're organized! We left our other tint shop because they got so disorganized and started taking too many people at once which forced delayed pickup. I'm taking almost 10PM. Anyway I wanted to give a shoutout to their front staff LEXI who was so responsive the day of my appointment when I had a hiccup that morning. She greeted us upon check-in, covered what we're there for and was very kind and knowledgeable as well. She also got us to add an extra service which we usually skip. However she presented to us the product, educated us on the "pros" and we went for it! We also informed them if they can get everything done at a specific time since we had our little human with us. The guy taking my order just asked what I wanted on each window. I did my research and knew what I wanted, so I told him the film and shades, he said ok, done. I'm so used to shops trying to upsell me that I came in ready to say no, no, and no. Never had to. And never had to flag either of them down to ask something, or feel like I was bothering them. Had tint done somewhere else before so I've got something to compare to, and the work here is noticeably cleaner. Edges are tight, way fewer water pockets and they're tiny, I expect them gone soon. Probably bringing my 1st gen Taco here next to get retinted. Drove almost an hour each way and still worth it. Will update review if anything changes but I'm satisfied with the result.
