When I went to pick up my truck I noticed a new code kept popping up saying that there was an issue with the power. Instead of fixing the issue Fletcher's kept clearing the code. When I drove my truck back from Fletcher's I noticed that it was shaking horribly, Fletcher's informed me that it may be the kingpins. Fletcher's said there was a 5 week wait for an appointment. After waiting 5 weeks they canceled my appointment the morning of and told me to wait 2 more weeks. The truck sat for weeks and had driven less than 30 miles since leaving Fletcher's then suddenly it started losing power and then it wouldn't start. We returned to Fletcher's so they could fix their mistake. Fletcher's said that there was a 2 week wait for the truck to be seen. I said that a 2-week wait was not fair since this is a mistake that Fletcher's obviously caused or overlooked and they wrongfully canceled my previous appointment. The owner came out and told me that the issue could not be fixed by Fletcher's and that it needed to go to Freightliner. I then said why did you tell me to wait 2 weeks for an appointment if you know you can't fix the problem. When I towed the truck to a respectable Diesel Repair shop they informed me that the issues were created because Fletcher's didn't install the batteries correctly. I lost money waiting unnecessarily for Fletcher's to repair my truck and I lost additional money getting my truck towed. This use to be a good company but not anymore. Please go somewhere else so you don't have to go through the drama that I've endured.

We called a few RV repair shops and were told they wouldn't be able to see us for several days for the repair. We thought our vacation was ruined. We took a chance and called this diesel engine repair shop and described our malady. Fletchers realized our situation, and had us come in immediately. Within 15 minutes of our arrival they had the wheels off and were beginning to remove and replace the rear seal on our Freightliner chassis RV. We were back on our way very quickly and happy that we weren't overcharged for this remarkably fast and friendly service. Murphy's saved our vacation! Our MB Sprinter RV broke down on the way to Yosemite, we had a kid and…read morea newly adopted pound puppy, and it was hotter than heck! I called Murphy's (several times I might add) and Nicole picked up the phone each time and was as sweet as can be. This happened in the afternoon, by the time we were towed it was after hours, they stayed late to ensure they got our RV inspected and, in the queue, for service. Not only that, Nicole drove, out of control car sick puppy and all to the hotel. In the late morning the next day they had our RV up running and ready to go. Nicole came back and picked us all up too! They didn't have to do any of that, but they went above and beyond. They gave us a more than fair price for the work performed and we will not hesitate to take the RV to Murphys again. Terror place I…read morestopped here for an alignment and first of all they told me it would take 45 minutes But 45 mins turned into 2 hours. After I paid I asked for my alignment report they told me they don't have it but everything is fine. Two things 1. they didn't do their the job 2. they didn't have license to do this job In the end I took my car to a different shop and certified place and they gave me the report and they actually did their job while the first place did a horrendous job
