He was super upfront about what he could do and gave us recommendations even if we didn't move forward with him. He is seriously one of the best contractors I've worked with (I work with contractors for a living so I've seen the full spectrum of good, bad, and ugly). He is super friendly and VERY communicative. After scraping the old texture, they skimmed drywall mud on taped joints and nail holes so that they very not noticeable after painting. The owner Dana was very thorough and easy to get along with, and I found him very accommodating to revise his schedule around my own schedule. Both the texture removal crews and finish painting crews were excellent. They were very conscientious of my furnishings and carpeting, by taping plastic all around to protect them from damage and debris. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the final results and the quality of their work.
