We instantly connected to Robert as he is a genuine, honest person who really cares deeply about his customers. This shop was recommended to my by my Alfa Romeo dealer for a little bit of cosmetic work and as a local source for touch-up paint. I had a few deeper scratches on the car and the shop did a terrific job addressing them, making them almost invisible. My car was side swiped into by a friend of my moms while she was parking. It was a lotta damage for a side swipe. Her insurance covered it fortunately. I was recommended to this Collision Center from my barber. I had my insurance bring my car here and spoke to the owner who I believe was named Rob. They also said the car would be ready in 2 weeks since it was all replacement of parts. They started to work on the car but there was no parts for the car on the market. They went through Honda to get custom parts made for my car which took approximately a month. They got all the parts in and started to work on my car. I started to get frustrated and irritated that it was taking a while to finish the car since it was just replacement of parts. I was informed that some parts didn't come in or they needed a different. They also asked me if I wanted to paint the chrome grill and accents all black to make the car look more sportier then it was, all free of charge. When I finally got the car I was amazed at the work they did. They got a aftermarket grill all black that made the car look a lot better. Every little chrome accents except for the door trim was turned black. They detailed the car as well and polished/waxed it for pickup. These guys went above and beyond the expected results and what I was expecting. I was just expecting the car to come back how it originally was, came back better. I would 100/10 recommended this place to anyone who is looking to get their car fixed. They did more then expected of them which I am grateful for. Thank you to Rob for the amazing work done on my car. If it ever happens again I will be seeing them again.
