I…read morestopped by one afternoon to get an estimate on re-painting one door of my car that had been previously worked on by a mobile dent removal/paint guy, and the roof because the clear coat was wearing out due to sun damage. It wasn't looking good and I plan to keep the car for another five years or so, so I figured I should look into this. Marcos took a look at the areas that needed work, then brought me into his office. He typed up some information in the computer and got me a quote within 10 or 15 minutes, no problem. The cost was about what I expected and I didn't even bother getting a second opinion. Based on the number of great reviews on Moises, I figured I had found the right place. I scheduled a time to drop the car off on a Monday morning hoping I would only have to rent a car until Friday. They literally got to work right away, sending me photos of the car being worked on by noon. It turned out that the mobile dent guy had done some pretty shoddy work underneath his paint job, and that I would need a new door skin as well if I wanted the car to really look its best. Marcos was honest and said I didn't have to go this route, and could keep it the way it was, but it wouldn't look as good. It would be ok, and better than it currently looked, but if I wanted it pristine, I should consider the new door skin. I figured I'm going this far, so we might as well do it right. The car was ready by Friday afternoon as promised, even though they had to order a new door skin which was not in the plan. When I picked the car up Friday, it looked perfect. In fact, the whole car looked fantastic. The paint was blended perfectly. I feel so much better about this car now. One added bonus to all of this is that Marcos noticed my magnet on the back of the car that says "I [heart] my dachshund," and Marcos mentioned he also has two dachshunds. I always know I can trust a dachshund lover. The only problem is that Marcos is an LAFC fan, and as I am a huge LA Galaxy fan, it was difficult to accept this!

They could have easily charged me the full amount, and I never would have known, but instead they were completely honest and lowered the cost. That level of integrity is rare. The damage to my car was on the body, and I was told it would likely need to be replaced. Instead, they were able to repair it, and it honestly looks brand new. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I left feeling like I found an auto shop I can genuinely trust. Armen give me an estimate until he saw it in person. We were happy with the estimate and went to take her car to the shop. The price was still the same and Armen explain the whole process to us. The cost was very reasonable and less than we thought it was going to cost. They accept cash and credit card with no fee. The work took about 3 days and they went above and beyond on the work. There was some internal damage that we couldn't see but Armen fixed them with no additional charge. They also washed the car and was in the process of applying the tire dressing when we arrived to pick up the car. It looked better than before and we are overjoy with the amazing work they did. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone who need body work on their car. Customer service is top notch and their craftsman is amazing. The warranty is also lifetime so that's always good.

After visiting a few places we finally came to see Steve at Island Collision Center. He told us exactly what they would do and gave us a good time frame as to when the repair would be completed. Since the car was a Tesla, it was good to see they were currently finishing up a repair on another Tesla at the time. When we had left the shop to our final estimates... during the entire time we just felt like "why are we wasting our time", with the other places. However, we did want to do our due diligence - which we did. After getting all the estimates and sleeping on it the next day the only person we contacted was Steve and asked a few follow up questions. Not only did his answers satisfy our questions, the rapid response time and communication helped seal the deal for us. When Steve told us to pick up the car we were happy that we made the right decision. We dropped our car off on a Tuesday and our car was ready by Friday. He explained every single step of the process and the price was just right in the middle from others, what set him apart is the way he contacted me about it, he was very transparent and explained what they needed to do and why, and the turn around to have my vehicle ready, I couldn't believe it. Other shops needed to keep my car for a week, but with them it only took them 3 days, I guess it all depends on how severe the issue and the work you need is, but comparing other places this was the one I categorized as the best of them all. I took my chances and took my vehicle there the next morning, Wednesday around noon The moment I walked in, they all made me feel comfortable, and made me feel like if I knew them already, a very warm greeting. Steve goes out and took a look of my car and inspected the dents and again explained to me the job it needed and why, he confirmed the pricing he provided me originally and tells me my car would be ready the latest by Saturday around noon. I went with it, surprise, surprise, I received a call from him Friday Morning telling me my car would be ready by the end of the day. I couldn't not believe it but it was true. I got there around 5pm on a Friday and my car was ready, and the job was just impeccable. I am attaching some pictures for your to see their job. All I have to say is, that sometimes we just ask around hoping to find a friend or acquaintance for a referral to take our cars and get a good deal, but also most importantly a good job to a shop we can trust, and sometimes you don't have any. I am here to be that referral to tell you that your car is in good hands, very professional, and passionate of what they do and it shows with his communication and detailed explanation of the process so you can be at ease. I am also, taking another old vehicle I have for something cosmetic touches. I brought it into Chase and all conversations went well. A month later I noticed that my driver side windshield nozzle wasn't working. I checked it and it was broken and glued back together. There was also an unpainted chip underneath and hidden by the nozzle. This made me look at the rest of the car where specially I had the car painted. I noticed there was overspray on both side mirrors. I am disappointed by not surprised.

In a word, Fantastic - but I can't stop there. Robert, the owner of DreamWorks Collision is accommodating, helpful and sincerely interested in making his customers happy. He goes above and beyond the call to accomplish this. When I called DreamWorks after my car accident, Robert was an angel to me. He came out on a Saturday and did a temporary fix to my car so I could drive it for the few days until the insurance adjuster came out. Rattled as I was, when he left on Saturday I felt incredibly relieved, as he had not only made the car driveable, but also answered all my questions about the repair and insurance process. He even helped me figure out why my check engine light was on (gas tank cap) Robert worked well with the insurance adjuster, to get my repairs covered. The work took 1 day less than the time he had first estimated, including a bonus of his taking my car in to the dealership for the airbag recall. When he brought the car back to me, I didn't recognize it. It was super clean, shiny, and looked like new. Besides repairing the damage, he had detailed the car inside and out. He was full of surprises. He even turned my almost empty gas tank into a full one. When I asked him to have the dealer rotate my tires, he said they wouldn't do it, but HE would. Then, there was a little gift pack in the car when he brought it back. It was just the icing on the cake. I recommend DreamWorks to everyone, and especially people like me, who often are afraid of being taken advantage of by auto repair shops. I went with my son to Dream Works. He had just gotten a long stretch of truck tire skid marks along one side of his car. There were also 2 two places where body parts needed to be realigned. After reporting the incident to my auto insurance I called them up and spoke to Jenny. She was very friendly, helpful and scheduled my car to be assessed right away. The morning I dropped it off, Selena helped me at the front counter with paper work, etc. Again, very friendly and helpful. Michael, the owner, came out to introduce himself as well. Never before have I been treated in such a manor. They made this tedious experience so much easier. My insurance checked the damage right after I left. Auto Aid then provided an estimate to my insurance and was able to start the repairs pretty quickly. *It took a few weeks due to certain parts not being available. However, once it was done, my Kia Niro looked amazing! Better than new. *FYI they actually fixed it at a lower price than originally quoted. *The inside of the office is very clean and spacious. *You can park on the street or in the front lot if there is room.
