Come on! Any hotel knows that you shouldn't require guests to stair-climb to enter the hot tub. The designers of the Active Wellness Center were too cheap to build a fully in-ground jacuzzi pool. Also... the only way a disabled person could get through the heavy glass doors surrounding the pool and dressing rooms is to have a strong caregiver present. And even then, the wheelchair will smash against the glass doors, which won't stay open for you. And get this! When I cancelled our memberships, they provided only the tiniest box to explain why we were cancelling. I typed "Not Enough Space Here." I fully expected them to email me asking for details. Nope. They never wrote.

Four weeks ago, I notified staff that 10 bulbs were out in the red light therapy unit. Since then, I've brought it up multiple times on multiple visits, and each time I was told "they'll be fixed next time" or "maintenance is coming." Fast forward to today -- nothing has been fixed. In fact, the problem has gotten worse. There are now approximately 20 bulbs out, meaning only about half the unit is functioning. I have photos documenting this. Today was the last straw. I was again told they might be fixed by the end of the week because the manager is on vacation. That's unacceptable. My membership fee comes out every month without fail, yet the one service I maintain this membership for is consistently unavailable or partially broken. Promises without follow-through don't cut it -- especially when this has been ongoing for over a month. This is not a cheap amenity, and it's not being maintained. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.
