We all booked according to this and then she told us AFTER that didnt have to have 25 year olds in room but now WAY too expensive to book the rooms how we wanted. Both owners wanted to fight and fight and deny their agent did this even though showed proof. Then the owner called one of the dads and was so unprofessional and inappropriate. Both owners would not take responsibility for their agent or the unprofessional inappropriate behavior or even apologize. Extremely horrible customer service!! Have dealt with many travel agencies in past and not one had horrible customer like this and owners with such unprofessional and inappropriate behaviors!

We ended up booking Riu Negril which was also all inclusive and included airfare. Laurie took the time to run through different pricing and scenarios for us and listened to our want list. We ended up with a great package that would have cost us way more if we would have booked it independently.

Lynette started working on it right away, staying late that night, and coming in early the next morning to work on the modification to add my daughter. The next day Laurie was back to work and she too jumped right on it. She and Lynette spent many hours in hold, making calls, and sending emails to add her to the cruise, our pre and post hotel nights in Barcelona, and worked on figuring out the transfers and other details that needed to be dealt with. Laurie and Lynette went above and beyond to satisfy us as their customers. It all worked out and my daughter will be able to join us! That's exciting for us.
