Called for a tow through USAA, USAA put us through to American Towing who texted and told us they…read morewould be there within 90 minutes. 2 hours later no one has showed up and when we called we got a bunch of attitude about how "your insurance never called back so we just cancelled the call". Called USAA to deconflict and found out they HAD called back but American was claiming "now it's too late we can't do it". It's 3 pm. So two hours later we are still stranded. Never once did they think well maybe we should let these people know or ask further. Judging from the other reviews it's probably for the best anyway. Got a tow from another company (R&A Towing) who was professional and on time. Avoid this company at all costs if possible.
