When I found Films by Ross I was blown away by how well the videos were crafted. I knew I had to bring him onboard for our wedding and was even willing to change the wedding date if needed to ensure we could have him film our wedding day for us. Luckily, we planned our wedding on a weekday in the off season, so we were fortunate to be able to contract him with relatively little notice. I could go on and on telling you about how amazing his films are; but, you can check out his Instagram and YouTube to see his work which speaks for itself. Instead, I want to tell you why you should consider contracting him outside of how stunning his work is. One detail that is often overlooked when planning a wedding is making sure every vendor and service you bring on his highly professional and able to work well with the rest of the team you put together. Ross worked so well with the photographers, the coordinator, the private chef, hair and makeup artist and the guests. He took great care to make sure the other vendors got what they needed to ensure their end product would be on point and in turn they did the same for him. This detail is absolutely crucial to ensure your day and the whole operation runs smoothly. You want and need your service providers to work well together. You would have thought Ross had been lifelong friends with the photographer by how well they worked in tandem. It was truly impressive, and I am so thankful for that because it made the day so easy to enjoy. He also pays close attention to detail. He manages to capture the day so well; but, you never feel like you have cameras in your face or have to perform. You get to be in the moment and enjoy the day with your new spouse and guests while he is in the background documenting each moment in a way that does not feel intrusive. That skill alone gives you the ability to sit back, relax and enjoy each moment while the work gets done in the background. It's truly amazing to see the finished products and how detailed each film is after such an emotional day. He also manages to turn around finished products much faster than his competitors. Considering how stunning his work is, it is incredibly impressive how quickly he is able to get the first teaser trailer over to you. It is always so tough to wait on finished professional products after the wedding; but, Ross manages to edit and craft his videos in record time. We were so thankful for that! Lastly, if you want any changes or something added that was not included, he kindly takes your requests and does everything he can to ensure the finished product is exactly what you hoped for. He is so easy to work with and so kind. Again, these are things you wouldn't know from just looking at his finished films. Contracting Films by Ross was worth every penny! We are so thankful he was able to film our wedding, and we will cherish these videos for the rest of our lives.
