Great customer service, have to sign waivers of course and the prices weren't that bad. Adults and kids ride separately at different time, and the adults go karts are very fast. For kids, they need to be 39" or above, my son is 4 and this was his first time riding in a go karts let alone drive one himself. I was nervous and explained to the worker this would be his first. The young man was polite and help explain to my son how to work the go karts. The "mini karts" go at a different speed which put me at easy, and my wife and I were so happy seeing our son driving on his own. The arcade was great, lots of fun games. We got a ninja warrior package and it's really nice but my son didn't care for it. The mini bowling was great for all ages, and there's ax throwing! This place definitely was easily accessible from the main road and had plenty of parking in their private parking lot. So on the day of our event, upon arrival, we were greeted immediately and checked in quickly and efficiently. The staff were all very kind and helpful! The party room was located in the back of the building and was a pretty spacious room, with its own private bathroom. For our birthday package we opted for the laser tag, and arcade option for the kids and it kept them occupied for a few hours. Now for the food, I was very impressed by the quality and presentation of all the items we selected! Yes the food was just your average fried bar food... but I thought everything was super fresh and all came out very quick. The pizza, wings, and cheese curds were outstanding! Lastly, our party attendant was top notch! She was very attentive, had great communication, and made sure we had everything we needed. However, I feel compelled to write a negative one in this case. On 3/6, I purchased two Gold Packages for myself and my 13 year old daughter. Each package includes two races. The representative who helped us explained that if we only completed one race that day, the remaining race would be stored as a credit on our membership cards. We therefore used only one race on 3/6. When we returned the next day, the representative at the counter, Desi, told us the next race would start in about six minutes. However, when I presented our membership cards, she said she could not see the remaining race credit. She then began asking questions such as whether we had purchased only one Gold Package and shared it, and whether we had receipts. It was clear she suspected we were trying to misuse the system. She continued questioning us for several minutes until I finally asked her to call the manager. While the manager was looking up the information, I logged into my credit card account to show proof of purchase. When I approached the counter with that information, the manager said rather casually, "Oh, we already found it." Unfortunately, by that time we had missed the race we could have joined and had already spent about 20 minutes standing at the counter. No one initially apologized for the inconvenience. When I told the manager that Desi should apologize, the manager responded, "It was not our fault. It was a system error. Sorry." Desi then said, "You did not even give me a chance," and tossed the race tickets onto the counter before trying to walk away. When I said that if I had not asked for the manager she likely would have continued questioning us suspiciously, she responded in a hostile tone, "If you want to take a picture of my badge, you can." The entire interaction was unnecessarily confrontational and disappointing. System errors can happen, but how staff handle them matters. A simple apology and professional attitude would have made a big difference.

GO KART FAMILY FUN DAY!!!…read more Found this on Groupon and thought we would try it out. I can give this a quick review as we spent most of our time on the Go Karts. At least the ones that were open. We purchased a Groupon that gave us the day at the park and an arcade card. (Pic below of current discount) We had a great time, but it was a little repetitive when it came to fun options. The gas Go Karts were not running so there were only the electric ones. Kids had a great time!!! The arcade had allot of options, but price per game was kind of high in comparison to other Arcades we frequent. The batting cages could use some love, but most of them were up and running. Our son had a good time and we didn't need to bring equipment with us which was nice. The kids rides are like basic carnival twirly or up and down rides. The mini golf course looked to be very basic and visually stimulating at all. Like it's an after thought. Being the only one in the area, you would think they would put more thought into the players enjoyment of their course. Laser Tag was Fun, but limited space and quicker rounds then we are used to. Try Laser Ops in Tampa for a fun Laser Tag course. Check out my review!!! For all day trippers like us... There is a small restaurant on the property, but many food options around the area. We did try the little restaurant for brunch time and their food was pretty good. Mostly got pastries and everyone enjoyed them. This is not a place we would frequent because of the expense of the place and travel costs for us. The food part is closed and they only have a few vending machines scattered for snacks and drinks. We ended up ordering Dominos and eating it out front on their picnic table. Most of the games worked and the attractions outside seemed a little older but in good condition overall. They offer mini golf (desperately needs to be cleaned in the gutter type holes ...leaves are clogging them and the ball got stuck before we realized they aren't functioning) which we really enjoyed. We also played laser tag, drove go carts, had batting practice in the cage, rode the tall "drop" ride, and played a few video games inside. Service: some workers were so nice and helpful. Some made you feel like they wanted you there. But of course you always have those that seem unhappy at their job and make you feel like a bother. There was one guy with really long straight hair that needs to find a different job because clearly he was not happy there. Otherwise they were almost all very nice. Loved the gal at Laser Tag and the gal at the desk when we first arrived (I wish I would have gotten all their names). Extra note: Oh yeah, and to the one young guy who came up to distract me when I was in the batting cage... you need to understand that is dangerous! Your co-workers had already told us how long we had left in the cage.. twice. Then you walked up after without checking with them if they notified us, and instead chose to talk to me with 50mph balls coming at my body. They literally only last a few minutes... you could have waited until I was done with that round. I understand yall are all ready to go home, but use a little common sense next time please. We again explained all we had discussed. She replied, "we don't have or allow paper consent forms." Followed by "It is what it is". At this point our 5 year old grandson was informed that we must all leave because his two great grandparents do not use the internet and have no email addresses. My concern is that Orange City Florida likely has many individuals whom are not internet trusting or savvy. I found this to be an easily resolvable issue, with unyielding management.

Ray and his team working the go-karts were phenomenal--attentive, professional, and focused on safety. They made sure every rider was properly buckled and settled before starting the race, and the whole operation ran like clockwork. Everyone we encountered throughout the day was welcoming, polite, and genuinely helpful. It was clear the team was more interested in creating a great experience for us than upselling, which we truly appreciated. It felt like we were getting real value, and that goes a long way.
