GO KART FAMILY FUN DAY!!! Found this on Groupon and thought we would try it out. I can give this a quick review as we spent most of our time on the Go Karts. At least the ones that were open. We purchased a Groupon that gave us the day at the park and an arcade card. (Pic below of current discount) We had a great time, but it was a little repetitive when it came to fun options. The gas Go Karts were not running so there were only the electric ones. Kids had a great time!!! The arcade had allot of options, but price per game was kind of high in comparison to other Arcades we frequent. The batting cages could use some love, but most of them were up and running. Our son had a good time and we didn't need to bring equipment with us which was nice. The kids rides are like basic carnival twirly or up and down rides. The mini golf course looked to be very basic and visually stimulating at all. Like it's an after thought. Being the only one in the area, you would think they would put more thought into the players enjoyment of their course. Laser Tag was Fun, but limited space and quicker rounds then we are used to. Try Laser Ops in Tampa for a fun Laser Tag course. Check out my review!!! For all day trippers like us... There is a small restaurant on the property, but many food options around the area. We did try the little restaurant for brunch time and their food was pretty good. Mostly got pastries and everyone enjoyed them. This is not a place we would frequent because of the expense of the place and travel costs for us. Experience: came on a Tuesday evening with my family. Used the Groupon discount offered. Facility: This place is pretty fun. The food part is closed and they only have a few vending machines scattered for snacks and drinks. We ended up ordering Dominos and eating it out front on their picnic table. Most of the games worked and the attractions outside seemed a little older but in good condition overall. They offer mini golf (desperately needs to be cleaned in the gutter type holes ...leaves are clogging them and the ball got stuck before we realized they aren't functioning) which we really enjoyed. We also played laser tag, drove go carts, had batting practice in the cage, rode the tall "drop" ride, and played a few video games inside. Service: some workers were so nice and helpful. Some made you feel like they wanted you there. But of course you always have those that seem unhappy at their job and make you feel like a bother. There was one guy with really long straight hair that needs to find a different job because clearly he was not happy there. Otherwise they were almost all very nice. Loved the gal at Laser Tag and the gal at the desk when we first arrived (I wish I would have gotten all their names). Extra note: Oh yeah, and to the one young guy who came up to distract me when I was in the batting cage... you need to understand that is dangerous! Your co-workers had already told us how long we had left in the cage.. twice. Then you walked up after without checking with them if they notified us, and instead chose to talk to me with 50mph balls coming at my body. They literally only last a few minutes... you could have waited until I was done with that round. I understand yall are all ready to go home, but use a little common sense next time please. Plus I still had time as your other coworkers had told us. Overall: we had a great time. We really enjoyed the batting cages, mini-golf, go carts and laser tag. We will definitely come back and refer others to come. A few disgruntled workers are not enough to keep us away... only to mark down the rating a little. LOL! read more

We were there to play mini golf as it's the only one in the area. Reasonably priced. The greens are in good condition, but all the water was drained from the course so it's plain and blah with none of the whimsy you expect at mini golf. The clubs have seen better days, mine was bent. We were lucky. It was a beautiful night and the place wasn't crowded. That was a plus seen that most everyone was there to ride go karts. Visiting Melbourne over Tgiving break - family trad to mini-golf on vaca. NOTE - come with closed toe shoes. Very popular place, lots of ppl enjoying all the games, race track, etc. - luckily putt putt wasn't overly crowded - then we realized why. Course was raggedy (tears here & there), rather boring - just simple obstacles & dips- no real fun theme. They are the only putt putt in town - resting on laurels and it shows. read more

Had a birthday party for my 15 year old daughter and everyone had a blast. We have had more than 30 birthday parties at various venues throughout Brevard for all our children combined. This, by far, was the easiest and most stress-free party ever for us. The one hour party plus two hours of activities was the perfect length. We did buy additional arcade cards for everyone and they appreciated having that activity as well. Thank you to our party host Natalie whose calm demeanor was very much appreciated. On our recent visit we found that the rock wall was closed, the drop tower was closed, the paddle boats were in swimming pool. The staff was courteous but seemed bored. The go carts and arcade were really great, but we expected more variety. batting cages cost extra. We didn't even bother with the mini golf as the arcade was so good. read more

This park is mostly about go karts and unfortunately continues to be poorly managed and lacks fair and reasonable rules. The sprinkling rain came within 30 minutes of arrival with nothing on radar and weather channel. Tracks are quickly closed and suggested they will reopen shortly and be blown dry. No refunds or rainy day return policy for those purchasing the premium all day pass. Now they will offer they have an arcade and laser tag. But ALL people outside for go karting are now inside and lines are longer than the ridiculous go karts since they fail to open all items correctly. Mind You it still a drizzle. Seems like a fair and client friendly policy would be a free or reduced return option within 24 hours. Even the basic car washes offer this for paid clients. Not here , just the same epic fail that's been noted on their BBB D rating. It should be noted the cafe has once again closed completely. Some games don't work properly, and there appears no security on premises or walking around, in fact you see no employees other than behind counter taking in clients and cashing in tickets. This business needs new ownership and a major overhaul. read more

This place is a DUMP. Literally nothing thrilling whatsoever. Terrible customer service and outdated facilities and equipment. Our school booked this place for a field trip and we did not have ONE positive interaction with staff. When we arrived they still had maybe 5 minutes before opening, we asked about sending one staff member in early to start the payment process/handle waivers and we were denied. We waited until they opened their doors and all 26 students and 5 chaperons were greeted by a young lady who introduced herself as a manager. Although the trip was "pre-booked" we had not prepaid so when attempting to settle our balance we experienced incompetence and a genuine lack of care or understanding. We "confirmed" 35 students/teachers would be attending. However, the day of the trip 4 students could not participate so when we received our wristbands we asked if we could return the 4 we did not need so we could be reimbursed (this trip is funded through an high school AICE course so the students who planned the trip are responsible for eating any loss or extra expenses that were not originally projected for). We were denied the refund with the response that "because we confirmed 35 over the phone, they can not take the additional $150 off our remaining balance" which makes no sense if we're purchasing entry into a facility and no tangible items were sold or premade. However, in an attempt to ensure the kids still had the best time they'd planned for we agreed to pay the $150. Originally we were provided with a check from the school to make payment when we arrived. We also are entitled to tax exemption because we are a Title I School. The amount the check was made out for did not include the $150 additional expense and we were told by the employees that our tax exemption is not valid if we split payment so we would either have to produce a new check (we drove 2 hours to get here) for the full amount or someone would have to put the full amount on their personal credit/debit card and still NOT receive the tax exemption because they would only accept it as tax exempt if it was a school credit card. At this point we had been waiting for 40 minutes and our students still had not eaten and they were already running the clock on the 5 hour maximum play time the wristbands covered. The students entry also covered two slices of pizza (Domino's) and a soda provided by the theme park (canned Mountain Dew or Pepsi). After asking three times if our students could please be escorted to the area reserved for them to eat, the staff finally stopped ignoring our requests and instructed them to go to a reserved room upstairs. The students sat down to eat a 12:20pm, by 12:27pm there was an employee cleaning around the tables, stacking the pizza boxes back and telling us we had "a few minuteremaining" THESE ARE CHILDREN! THIS PLACE RUSHED CHILDREN TO EAT TWO SLICES OF PIZZA AND A SODA IN 7 MINUTES. This is a disgrace! If we could have packed the kids back on the bus and left at that moment we would have. Chaperones who waited to eat after the kids to ensure they were taken care of were sent to finish eating their pizza STANDING at the main desk without our pizza boxes in hand while WE STILL WAITED TO HANDLE PAYMENT. When we questioned the "manager" about why our kids were rushed to eat, their response was "oh that shouldn't have happened, if anyone wants to go back up there to sit that's fine". Entirely unacceptable! At no time did we receive any form of comfort or compensation for what we were experiencing and it honestly did not seem as though there was someone with a qualified bone in their body to lead anyone or anything in that building. Mini golf and the arcade take up most of this facility. Quite a few of the rides were inoperable. Go carts are poorly maintained. I will not be returning and we will be ensuring the School District of Palm Beach County never uses this facility again for future field trips. read more

I got a mark on the go kart and i tried to explain why and they didn't care. I accidentally ran into my friend because my breaks did not work and multiple people ran into me and never got a mark but somehow i did after they visibly saw me use my brakes full force. They had zero food and most of the drinks you could buy were out of stock and mostly everything was shut down. read more

Unless you can go as an adult, don't waste your time. The Junior pass is basically nothing, unless an adult can go with. The rookie one allows limited rides and they only had staffing to cover 1 rookie ride at a time. It's overpriced ($68.48 for 2 children for 2 hour passes.) We decided after 15 min that it wasn't a fit, but they refused to refund anything. I even spoke to a manager who said, "we have a strict no refund policy." We went to a birthday party there, and the same height little one was allowed to ride everything. The lack of empathy on the situation without allowing refunds seems really wrong to me. Before I begin - a separate 5 stars for the staff who were kind and helpful and working their best with what they had. As for the rest of the business - we drove 30 minutes to get to this place thinking it would be something like the one in Orlando - updated, clean, with a lot to do. This place is like a run down carnival and far too expensive for it. The rides and attractions outside are so sub par and unsafe looking my older kid wasn't interested in doing anything. Even the go karts, which he normally loves! There were several rides my youngest was supposed to be able to get on (train, swing, spin cups) but they were so short staffed that no one was able to man the rides to let him on. All the better because they were all rusted, cracked, and just dirty. We spent nearly $250 for bracelets for outside amusements for 4 children and 2 adults and were inside and disappointed after about 30 minutes. We abandoned the outside as a lost cause and tried to do games inside. I knew we couldn't get a refund for the bracelets that let you do everything - but the staff was kind enough to give us one 2 hour play card for the inside arcade instead (again - the 1 star rating is NOT for staff. They were just awesome). We still ended up buying arcade cards so the kids could get tickets as the 2 hour play card did not accumulate tickets. Not really a complaint, because that's standard for arcades, just a heads up. The arcade was already limited, but many of the games were broken or glitching and our play card stopped working entirely at one point. This will not ever be a place we'd choose to come back to. We spent far more money at this location than we ever have at the Andretti's in Orlando and received a significantly substandard experience and stayed for much less time. Had a great time with family at Andretti's. It's been several years since we were there. Still a a little something for everyone. The older kids did the outdoor activities and rides. My toddler enjoyed the train ride and some of the indoor games. My only complaint...no food on site anymore. I wasn't aware of this or I would've prepared. Had to leave, pick up food from Hardee's, and then return back for them to eat and finish playing. read more

General manager actually cares, is the only good thing, 1/2 employees are on a power trip. The race the before ours had drama, Our race had drama with the X's and the race after ours had drama. The same guy that checked my daughter's height on the first race checked it on the second race and checked it on the third race, it didn't change in the day we were there. The manager was there and told him it was OK after the first race but he still wanted to check it the next two races in case it changed. We made a deposit for a large group for mini golfing and the arcade and we were told due to some rain that had come through earlier in the day they were unable to accommodate us, instead offered laser tag which unfortunately several in our group can't do, and the employee refused to refund the deposit even though over half of their services were not available. Very disappointing! Dirty, a lot of the games were not working, bathrooms were dirty (no toilet paper in the three stalls), after swiping card and games would not work staff would not refund money. I was expecting this place to be exiting and worth the 30-minute drive, however, I was met with a theme park with trashy old rides. The bumper water boats or whatever kept shutting down and I even got stuck in one which led to the employee needing to send me a rope to grab onto. Andretti Thrill Park is a great venue to have some family fun. I like that it's a family/independently owned business and the only one of its kind in the area. Kids will appreciate the variety of attractions, including the Go-Karts, batting cages, bumper boats, rock climbing wall, pendulum ride, video game arcade (complete with Guitar Hero and a small bowling alley), Lazer tag, and a snack bar! We took my good friends son who is ten years old and he was not disappointed. He especially loved the Pendulum ride (which he rode multiple times)! The arcade play can be a bit pricy so if that's not your main focus of your outing be sure to take advantage of the other aspects of the park. Adults and kids alike loved the Go-Kart tracks. The batting cages were challenging and fun. Some of the park equipment was outdated but in operable and acceptable condition. The arcade area was newly renovated and was varied in their selection of games. If you're looking for a special occasion outing or a venue for a well behaved child's birthday party this is it! This is the first time I've ever left a review, but my experience was so bad, that I had no choice but to jump at the opportunity. Nothing could prepare me for my return to Andretti's after all this time, having taken a seat in my heart as a childhood wonderland. As it happens, even fewer things could ever excuse the derailment of an otherwise perfectly enjoyable day, much to my eternal distaste. The behavior shown to my partner and I on our first anniversary can be described as nothing less than utterly and completely mind-boggling, these actions the unfortunate love child of plain-clothed robbery and ineptitude. Two employees greet us at the front desk, where we banter and purchase two three-hour passes (and no, sir, you must buy the three-hour pass, you may not upgrade the two-hour pass later on, shame on your bloodline) with cold-hard cash. The tray closes, and as I bend to sign the waiver, god's hand itself crashes through the doors, announcing: "It might rain soon, so we might have to close down the karts, the batting cage and all the other outside rides." My attention focused on the waiver, tickets already paid for, my partner bends to me, repeating the sacred decree, plunging my spirits to the depths at once. Desperate, teary-eyed, helpless, I turn to the two employees, twin god-rays of hope, and utter desperately: "I don't suppose you do refunds?" But more mercy could be found on the desolate face of the moon, with the reply of "No, sir, we already closed the tray." Crushed, but not yet beaten, I beg, "Then, perhaps, could the time on these be pushed back a bit?" But my pleas would fall easier on the highest mountains than their cold, turned backs. Beaten, but not yet defeated, I think to myself, "Today is a day of celebration, and the guarantee of rain, while promising, is not guaranteed. I will collect the shards of my now-shattered pride and choose to enjoy this." Again, to my perpetual disdain, no appeal to a higher being than amusement park staff would ever bend His ear to my plight. We exit the doors to a dark afternoon, gray skies portents of (meagre, but impending) doom. I lead us to the rear of the park, where the fastest go-karts wait, ones that require a driver's license. Finally, my partner and I could fully indulge in the advantages of adulthood. But dreams are meant to be crushed, in these lands. Nothing but cragged concrete and earthmovers awaited us. The fastest go-karts had been shut down, apparently due to flooding, disrepair and an unwillingness to pay hefty prices for its return. Despite stating our intents in front of the two employees by the desk, they had failed to inform us of that fact. On my knees, face to the heavens, I wonder if my fate is, truly, that of a starved man, dropped just inches from a platter of divinely inspired gruel. But continue we must, and there lies the batting cages, perhaps a false idol before us, but still, a path of redemption. Donning our helmets and bats, so kindly provided by the (honestly pretty cool, and they advised that the chances for a refund from the GM was about "sixty per... no, thirty percent!") attendant, we step up to the fence, read the commandments ordaining our activity, and enter within, boundless in our power and prestige. On a serious note, a ball hit my partner directly in the hip bone. It's a REALLY good thing we chose to do the slow baseball pitcher, because "The pitcher will throw strikes as well" does not directly translate to "I don't care that there's an obvious spot for a left-handed batter on the floor, right-handed batters need their strikeouts so I will use the entirety of where a left-handed batter will stand to fuel my personal vendetta against human anatomy." Waivers and warnings or not, the pitcher should not be launching balls at people if it's going to straight-up hit left-handers, especially without special notice that it will do that. Struck and scorned, we pitter away, finding an employee to complain to. While my partner was hurt (the cool attendant from earlier offered ice packs which was nice) I still wish to remain cordial and attempt to enjoy the day. So, we move on to the go-karts. We wait for a lap to finish, the people ahead of us pile in for a ride, we wait for them to finish their lap, and as though personally rebuked by some angel carrying my mortal will, God calls upon the rains, and therefore, the employees called for a fifteen-minute break to wait out the storm. Words could never be enough. But I give it one more chance. All of the outside activities we want to do -- mini golf, go-karts, batting cages, thrill rides -- are inaccessible. But laser tag still remains. Good old laser tag. Little do I know, there's a party in front of us, they usher in somebody behind us, and a promised 'five minutes' turns into twenty -- of said party standing around in the lobby area -- before I decide I've had enough. We stumbled upon this place by searching things to do in the Melbourne area, since we were there for a weekend beach getaway. This seemed like a fun place to go to with kids, so we decided on it. They had a special going on due to COVID reopening. We paid $25 for wristbands, which included everything except the arcade. It was a pretty good deal, we thought, until we realized that a lot of the rides weren't in proper operation. The kids were already loaded up into the family coaster, but it wouldn't start. The ride operator kept messing with the controls to troubleshoot it. As a mom, for him to do that while the kids were still on the ride, was downright scary. I asked him twice to let them out so he could continue trying to troubleshoot it, but he didn't pay attention. It wasn't until another coworker came over and jumped the ride entrance gate (since it was locked during ride operation), that they didn't release the kids. Overall, the kids enjoyed what they could do, but the staff really wasn't super engaging, except for two individuals. I wouldn't return. read more

Ok, I went because there was a Groupon for all day passes. Took my kiddos, and we spent 6.5 hours there. They were able to ride everything over and over again and play video games to their hearts content. They drove the various go karts at least twice each and went on the drop tower so many times I lost count. The all day pass includes unlimited rides on the outdoor rides, a game of mini golf, and ten dollars on game cards for us. The kids really enjoyed themselves, it wasn't crazy crowded but it was also not slow, it was Saturday. I think what really made it worth while was watching the folks with birthday parties have just two hours and then they have to pay for anything outside that timeframe and we had the all day wrist bands and went for hours and hours. I was bummed there were no helmets for the go karts and that you cannot bring outside food. There is an eatery attached but the food options are very limited. This place is fun for adults and children. We went for mini golfing and it's roughly $8 a person. I noticed they have a virtual reality set up. Really excited to try that next time. For the price, I'm shocked at how dirty the course was. Are all of them like that? They didn't have fences to block the ball from falling off course. As usual if there are a lot of people then waiting is the name of the game. Thankfully we went and there wasn't many people. Even sooo, we started with the 2nd hole to avoid the crowd. If you move along pretty quick then skipping might be highly encouraged. Staying behind could be very frustrating otherwise. Loved all the games, down one star for lack of cleanliness. read more

Not a bad deal for 3 hours unlimited go carts, rock wall, 360 ride, another ride, batting cages, pedal boats, mini golf, laser tag. Only negative is the weather. They shut it down and don't extend your time. :( Mini golf is why we went and despite the previous reviews on here saying the course was bad it really isn't bad at all! I bought voucher from Groupon. Had problem in using it in the beginning that they had to call the asst manager and finally the manager. The only ride that I enjoyed was F1 go kart but at the end of ride, when I parked I got hit from the back which causing impact on my neck. The 360 didn't work. I had a weekend getaway in Melbourne so I decided to see what all the fuss was about. It's honestly a great value for the price. They have 2 go cart tracks... one is all electric and the other is gas engine. I drove the gas engine because the electric cats are on a smaller track. We had the all day pass which enabled us to ride all of their attractions except for the ones that take tokens. The tower drop was pretty cool. It's not traditional tower drops that go high and drop quickly. It goes high and it drops but bounces up and down then takes you back up and drops you too a different depth. They have mini golf that we played and it's a very good size. It's not a small course but it's not too big where it feels like you're walking all day. The only thing that will make it feel long is a large group in front of you... that was my situation lol. But it was all good because I understood. They have food but I didn't try it so I can't really comment on it. They have a water ride and a roller coaster that's had spinning carriages. They also have a carnival type ride that spins and flips. I didn't ride it but it looked exciting. They have a good amount of quality rides so you won't feel like you've wasted your money. I don't live here but if I did this would be a regular stop for me. read more

The place is waaaaaay over due for maintenance and upkeep. The go carts are so thrashed, 3 of the 4 paddle boats were sinking (not making that up), water fall and golf course was ratted and mangled up. The cost of the arcade games are ridiculous. This place is alright! So I got my tickets from the base. They have groupons, and other deals, but couldn't beat my price. So for the money, I got everything and more! The Good- Go-karts. They got some pretty good carts here. Fast enough, and interesting track lay out. I did not go for the 40mph karts, but I think that would be pretty awesome. I've ridden electric carts that fast and was a hoot, I'd expect these to be the same. They also have two go-kart areas for the little ones. You can't beat that. Now they won't be upset when they see the big brother or sister racing. It wasn't crowded either. We never waited longer until the next race. Meaning, we got in line, and we were next on the carts. Rides. So it was The Tower, The 360, and the little roller coaster thingy. They were carnival rides. Given what this place is? A good touch. I am a bit hefty and couldn't fit in the roller coaster. That's karma telling me to lose a few. There was also a paddle boat. Not bumper boats, but paddle boats. If you get wet, they won't let you ride carts is what the one guy said, true or not I wasn't planning on it. Games. The arcade parlor? It's designed to part you from your money. Either do it or not, but everything inside costs. Either get a price card from their website, or elsewhere. Do not buy in person. For $40, you get $52 worth. The So-So- The kids they have working there. Some are there for the check and nothing else. Some are there for fun. I get it. That is the nature of this business, but the counter was slow. You get all three cashiers working, and you still have a line. I get there is waivers and things you need to sign, but mano get these lines moving. The food. You can't bring anything in. So if you pack a cooler (and I suggest you do) you can go out and snack during the day. If not, you are parting with more money, for carny food. Why? Games. The putt putt was free, but... it was a decent course. Not sure why, but I would be expecting a windmill or something(but I wasn't here for that). The bowling reminded me of duckpin bowling (google it) and wasn't worth the cost. If you skipped it, you would not miss anything. And the batting cages. They were ok, but the machines would jam, throw the occasional erratic pitch, and the strike zone sucked. Medium speed baseball was throwing at knee level and lower. Count how many helmets they have and watch how many use them. Yeah, they give them the lysol treatment but... The bad- Everything else. This place will take your money in a heartbeat. One dollar games that let your kid hit the button once or twice, and then you swipe again... Seriously? And then if you go, just be advised you get some interesting characters after 8pm. Bottom line? My kids and I had a blast! Go and have fun. You aren't at Disney, you're in your backyard. And the go-karts are what it is about! Enjoy. read more
