Terrible experience with Dreamline in our kitchen remodel. We knew what we wanted, and they showed us a sample board of what our cabinets would look like. When they installed them, they were nowhere near the color/look promised. They did an oil treatment after the fact to get the look, and while darker than what we wanted, some of the cabinets looked good....a bookcase and 2 drawer faces looked horrible. They re-did the bookcase, and it looked worse. They re-did it again and its ok, but is even darker than everything else...so the island was redone to match to bookcase. Turns out, they never compared to the rest of the cabinets (the ones that are good)...so now the island doesn't match the main cabinets. They took one of the upper cabinet doors that looks great, to use as a guide to re-do the island facings and the 2 drawer faces...and when they returned, not only did they not match the sample door, they are not even close. The rep even admitted they looked terrible (so much for quality control). Everything is installed around the cabinets...and clearly this company is not able to get the cabinets to look right. Absolute nightmare scenario unfolding thanks to Dreamline. Insult to injury...the cabinet layout that they designed, after reviewing the appliances we were getting, include a "lazy susan" corner that is completely non-functional because they didn't realize that oven doors have handles....so now we have a perfectly designed dead space. Meanwhile in our master bathroom, they installed a major bank of cabinets crooked and apparently just hoped we wouldn't notice. When we did, the initial comment was that it was drywalled crooked by the contractor (again, why not mention it to us or the contractor??)...and now they're here trying to correct it. 0/5 do not recommend. We 100% regret using them. read more

I decided to go with a white kitchen, the guys here helped me decide on my design and what I wanted out of a kitchen. I didn't feel pressured to purchase or add anything I didn't want. We had Dreamline custom build 6 upper and base cabinets that were all unique sizes. They matched our existing cabinets perfectly. They worked with us on all the details of the cabinets and made modifications until we were satisfied. The installers were also very conscientious in putting the cabinets in. If anything did not fit correctly, they would call the shop and a new piece was delivered before the job was done. Andrey, our salesperson, also followed up and made further adjustments for trim. The cabinet fronts were solid maple, the drawer slides were hidden, and all drawers and doors were soft closing at no extra cost. They even installed our knobs and pulls at no charge. We highly recommend them. read more

Decided on Dreamline for our hallway bathroom remodel. Was very impressed from the beginning, met the owner, Roman, at their business. He gave my husband and I a full tour of their warehouse and explained the steps of the cabinet making. Worked with us on a drawing of what we wanted. Jeff worked with us the rest of the way. Very easy to work with, able to text with questions or concerns. I had a specific wood and stain color in mind. Jeff was very patient and through trial and error, he nailed the color perfectly! The cabinets were installed today and their contracted installation crew were awesome. All in all the cabinets are beautiful, EXCELLENT quality, and we could not be more pleased. We would work with Dreamline in the future for any other cabinetry needs! read more

We moved into a fixer house in the middle of the woods. We had intended on updating everything overtime.... Plans don't always work out like you hope!!! less than a week after we moved in, while replacing the old crappy dishwasher we discovered a leak. long story short- the under layer of flooring testing positive for asbestos, and that entire half of the main level including the kitchen needed to be gutted!! One week in, and we have no kitchen (the only room that was unpacked) no counters, no sink, no nothing!!! And NO PLAN as to how to put it back together!!! That started the remodel from HELL !! Seriously, we went an entire year without being able to cook in our home!. We even used a different contractor for each job, each of which came recommended. But we still had contractors lie to us, threaten to sue if we didn't pay the second half (even though the job was done improperly, and we simply asked for it to be fixed prior to final payment), people flat out ignoring our requests, the flooring installer gouging our not even yet finished floor by dragging our fridge across it, contractors cutting our granite wrong, improperly doing the electrical, and taking 3 days to install the downdraft range and CHARGING US for each trip to home depot because they bought the wrong stuff, or didn't come prepared!!! DREAMLINE was the only glimmer of light in the whole process!!!! The cabinets were beyond beautiful and the EXACT color of the existing wood beams in the house. Roman was very patient as we played around with sizes of drawers and widened the pantry and waffled about glass front cabinets. Roman had a lot of good ideas and input while not pushing his agenda. He did CAD drawings so you could see the design before hand, which helps tremendously, and makes it easier to see changes! You can tell he cares about the customer, loves his job, and I trusted the company throughout the process (which is saying a lot!) A cabinet door got very slightly damaged during install, and I completely trusted him to replace it like he said he would. We also ordered base and window trim for the home as well, and he came all the way out (well over an hour away) to be sure we measured correctly, gave suggestions again, and even humored us when we requested one more piece for an area around that cabinets that doesn't sit flush with our crooked wall. There were some minor delays after the initial delivery of the cabinets. The lone replacement door sat forgotten in the warehouse for months until the trim delivery, when it finally hitched a ride. Apparently they were down a man, and had to deal with some crazy permit confusion, AND were building all the cabinets for STREET OF DREAMS! How cool for them!!! With all that going on, they didn't have much man power to get my order done very fast. But he was super sweet, and willing to take the time to apologize and explain. So It wasn't COMPLETELY perfect, but In all fairness compared to the other contractors we used they would get 10 STARS!!!! read more

Was very impressed by the follow through, quality and friendliness of Dreamline Cabinets. Roman met our every need and delivered exactly the product that we asked for. The installers went above and beyond the call of duty and were very friendly to me and my family. We are so grateful we chose Dreamline to craft our custom cabinets. We're nearly complete with our full kitchen remodel, and appreciate Dreamline's care and experience when we decided to redesign our kitchen. They were great about providing suggestions and taking into consideration all those details that can easily be overwhelming and overlooked. For instance we had spoke with two other local cabinet makers, and our initial design had some flaws that Roman, the owner, picked up on right away - he provided some helpful suggestions to maximize the kitchen's functionality. He listened to our preferences and ensured we received our top request of rustic hickory. We were told by 'Others' it'd be hard to obtain the materials and cost much more - not the case with Dreamline. We received beautiful, quality crafted wood cabinets which were truly custom due to our non-standard dimensions (to fit and maximize our space). Our cabinets included all the bells and whistles from full extension drawers, soft close doors & drawers, and a special super Susan corner cabinet the Dreamline team created for us. Dreamline met our tight deadline, and all of this was for a fraction of the cost of the big box stores. The attention to detail and personable customer service Roman and his team provided is appreciated beyond measure! We would recommend Roman and Dreamline to any friend, family member or stranger. When we decide to tackle one of our bathrooms in the future, no doubt we'll use Dreamline for those cabinets too. read more

If you are looking for kitchen cabinets I HIGHLY suggest you look somewhere else. Not only did the job that was suppose to take less than a week last almost a month it is not well done.. Almost every time Dan called to say he was coming he did not. The cabinets were brown not "midnight black" and he was not happy when I asked for him to make them darker. He did get most of them to a dark color that was very nice. To bad they all do not have the same color, some are still more brown than black. If having and actual 30 inch opening for your stove is not important to you these might be the people to call. When I told Dan that the opening wasn't big enough he told me the wall wall gives enough the stove will squeeze in.. now i am going to have to pay someone to move the wall over rather than deal with them any longer. The back splash is not flush with the wall. There is glue along the edge of the laminate and he did not file the edges.. also the counter top was not anchored to the cabinets. I was very excited about remodeling the kitchen but this was such a nightmare that I will be going to ANY other company to do the second half of the kitchen remodel. read more
