He was available a week early, called the night before to confirm it was okay to do the job early, and then arrived on time the next day. He was careful with his equipment not to damage my yard (the chipper was huge), and he chipped all the material within a few hours. I want to comment on his clean-up as I have never had another contractor do such a fantastic job. My yard, and the four areas with the very large piles of dead trees were spotless. He did a much better job cleaning that I could have done on my best day. No little twigs, no leaves, and no damage to the grass that was under the pile. Spotless. The cleanup was done, but over a dozen very tall 50'-70' trees were in disrepair. I called Gary as this is one of his specialties. He sent a two man crew and in a full day of climbing, most of the limbs were repaired in order to produce new growth in 2013. They still are a shadow of there former selves, but I am hopeful the expert pruning will help aid in their recovery. Gary is a very trustworthy and professional. Just bought a home in Norton. Had got a quote to have 9 trees removed from a competitor. Many of…read morethese trees were rotted and strangled from an ivy infestation the previous couldn't get ahead of. Zumalt's owner came out for a quote afterwards, and was slightly cheaper, but showed us that we had many other trees in trouble. He explained to us that since we had to rent a crane anyways, we could get double the trees down for not that much more money. I couldn't pass that deal up. The crew showed up on time on the day promised, and wow.... you can really tell these guys are professionals. They wasted no time and immediately got to work downing and disposing of these trees. They are hard workers who don't mess around! They got all 18 trees down in one day, and only had to come back to grab a few logs and grind some stumps. All in all a great experience, and I will be using them next year to take down another 18 or so trees by our pool. I would recommend them to anyone!

Continued weed growth, bare patches, etc. throughout the lawn, and lack of visible improvement after years with the service including their overseeding and plugs. When asking for follow up check on the services because of no visible impact, they refuse to support. Only care about the payment. Would not even send a Sales rep to discuss without up front payment for poor quality products. I would definitely choose another service if you're looking for reliable and effective lawn care. And if you have them be sure to cancel or they'll show and bill up ad hoc. Racked up $200 in charges within 1 week.
