We hired them to open up the first floor of our Cape Cod, and they completely helped me re-imagine the space taking down several walls to create a true open-concept layout. Along the way they installed new hardwood floors across the entire first floor, redid our shower, replaced both toilets, moved our washer and dryer, and prepped all the groundwork for our kitchen renovation. The craftsmanship throughout was outstanding. The part that really earned our trust is they delivered on what they promised AND THEN SOME! They finished within the estimate they quoted, and they were remarkably fast and efficient without ever cutting corners. Glen and his crew went above and beyond at every turn. His entire team was helpful, friendly, and easy to work with from the first day to the last. Timing was great, but I don't feel like any corners were cut during the renovation. Besides his terrible and unacceptable behavior, he did such an awful job that I now have to redo my entire bathroom. Two other contractors came to my house to check out what he did and they both told me that he made some major mistakes in my renovation. Also, he told me the job would take about 3 to 4 days. He ended up coming every other day instead of every day and took about 2 weeks to complete the job. Furthermore, after I paid him in full, I tried to contact him about some problems that I needed him to come back and fix. He ignored all of my texts and phone calls. He just disappeared on me. Because of what he did, I developed mold in my bathroom which severely and negatively impacted my health. He also repaired my daughter's ceiling. A few months after his work the ceiling started coming down. Any good reviews that you find online are probably from his friends and family. I would stay far away from him!
