I called Joe and asked him to repair it and he never sent me a bill. When I called him to let him know I didn't get a bill, he said "don't worry about it, we're neighbors". From that day I said when I need a new patio; I'm going to call Joe. So 10 years later and a few weeks ago I called Joe for an estimate for a new stoop and patio. Right from the estimate, I knew I was in good hands. Joe really cares about his business and customers. He is so honest and made me feel comfortable right from the start. His reputation in the industry is outstanding. He called me to keep me updated on the project start date and then brought the Foreman Sal over to meet me before the project started. Joe stopped by everyday to check on the progress of the project and to make sure I was happy. Sal the Foreman of the job and his crew arrived and created the most beautiful stoop and patio for me. Sal works as hard as his crew. Their work ethic, professionalism and workmanship are like no other. They always arrived on time, worked hard and cleaned up before they left every day. Their attention to detail, the way they built the stoop and designed the paver patio was just amazing. The quality of my new patio and stoop doesn't even compare to my old patio. It is just gorgeous! The process was pretty smooth - the complications were that I am located about 30 miles from them, the install date was moved up on short notice & the new pavers did not arrive until late on the first day, plus I could not really communicate w the workers bc of language differences on that first day. However, they did make a lot of progress the first day, practically completed the work the second day and two workers finished up on the third day. The workmanship is excellent - it changed everything about my steps/walkway/stoop. I have been patching the old flagstone/brick/concrete ever since I moved in 40 years ago and always had to prioritize improvements that were absolutely necessary and not just aesthetic. Anyhow, now I just want to look in admiration at the beautiful entryway. I have already been asked for their info - I should also say that I got several bids, but this was the best one & they worked w my ideas and they didn't treat me like I was female & stupid.

They took my name and number and i was told they "would look into it and get back to me". NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME. Here we are Jan 20th and now i cannot get through on their phone lines. All i get is voicemail. I've tried multiple times. This is not a business that is true to their word and that is unprofessional.
