My friend & I came here on Sunday morning we thought they opened at 10am (according to yelp) but on the door it said they opened at 9am on Sundays. So I got there at 9:55am. We didn't have appointments and they seemed busy 1 girl was getting her toes done and the other was getting her nails done and another was waiting. I asked if they had anything available for 2 gel acrylic manicures and the man working on nails told us to come back at 11:30. So we killed time until then and came back at 11:30 just to see that they had completely ghosted us and put the "closed" sign up. I even tried to call but no one answered. They wasted our time we could've found another nail place instead of waiting on them only for them to act like our time isn't of importance. That was very unprofessional and an inconvenience. First of all, this is not like any other nail place in town where you could just walk in and get service. So if you are looking for that type of place, don't just show up here. CALL THEM and make an appointment! They are the BEST nail artists in town, hands down, but they are a small mom and pop business. There are three employees, and I think that this is what makes this place so special. They pay attention to their clients! They always remember me by name and even remember what we chatted about during my last visit. I always leave loving my nails!! I can come with any idea or picture and Peter and Katie make it happen for me!! Also, they have phenomenal customer service. I went to Tahoe one weekend right after getting my nails done and chipped three of them! I came in the following Tuesday (after calling them that morning) and Peter was able to pencil me in for a lunch appointment. He worked magic on my nails and got them looking like new in less than 20 minutes. Do not disrespect them and their time by making them wait for you. Call or text if you are running late or can't make it. They work by appointment mostly, but they can usually fit you in same day, just not as a walk in right then and there. There's only 3 employees and i personally love that, all of them get to know you and it's so crazy to me how much they remember about you, Peter always asks about my husband and my babies as well as Katie they both say hey Vanessa as soon as i walk in and i feel so comfortable here! Me and my mom came in for two full sets hers cost $47 with the gel "cat eye" polish and mine cost $60 with gel, different colors and designs on six fingers. I made an appointment. They saw me early and I was out at about an hour or two later. I got the powder acrylic and a pedi. The massage for the pedi wasnt great. The gentlemen who did my nails was really nice and I loved the way my nails turned red out. The lady did my pedi. It was okay. I wouldn't say I would go back for the pedi. To be honest I felt the place was quite filthy. I mean yes they are very nice and again the gentlemen was super cool and did an awesome job.
