They completely exceeded my expectations, not just with the pedicure but also with the manicure and their ability to do detailed nail art and designs. I usually stick to a clean, simple look, but since it was my birthday, I decided to switch it up and get some designs on my nails. I wanted regular square nails & these look like flare/duck nails. When I alerted the nail tech to my dislike of the shape he said it was the polish & did not fix it. There were also multiple patchy areas that had no clear top coat & when I told him he had cut me he just apologized, to which I asked if he was going to put anything on it, he told me to wash my hands and did not apply any type of liquid styptic solution. Also the whole time he complained about my hand being too stiff, which I apologized for yet I feel is the reason why he did not even try to provide quality service. I am writing to express my disappointment following my second visit to this shop. Despite requesting a specific style and asking for corrections several times, the result was not what I requested. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was also uncomfortable with the unprofessional environment, specifically the poor attitude displayed by a female staff member whenever her partner assisted female customers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Having spent $300 during my first visit, I expected better service and a more professional atmosphere. Went in for an acrylic fill on my toes, requested just a simple color. Came out decent but he did no shaping really, there's spots on the sides where there's no paint. This along with waiting just for other clients who arrived after me to be started before me and just the whole process feeling rushed is the only things I can complain about. My nails and shape were messed up by prev tech & Ms. Tiffany did her due diligence fixing the shape without taking the nails off!!!! She reshaped them and fixed the lumps. Took my daughter to get her nails done for her birthday and the service was good except all her nail gems and stones came off the next day and I paid over $100 just for her manicure. Maybe the glue used was cheap and not high quality so I was overcharged for the bad quality of the work. read more
