Please don't let their kindness while you're spending your hard earned money with them fool you!!!!…read more I was a patient of theirs for approximately 18 years. They had had me on high doses of opioids and opioid pain patches. I just recently had to move out of state when I did they would not cover my care to detox me off of the patches and pills or cover me until I could get established with another pain management in the state I moved to. You just do not leave a patient in physical and emotional distress the way they did me be aware of this before you go see them.

I really wondered why this place had such bad reviews because my first few visits were good. After…read more12 years of daily pain from a nerve entrapment, I finally got some pain relief, if you can call tramadol relief. But it was better than nothing, I had a diagnosis and a hope of a cure. I have attended every appointment. I did the nerve block even though it was apparently just a diagnostic thing and not meant as a more permanent pain relief which is what I was told. Eventually I tried to schedule a nerve ablation and was informed that even though my insurance would cover it (I confirmed myself) that they did not charge insurance. Well, I don't have a grand laying around right now so I said it'd probably have to wait but I'd talk to Dr. Kaplan at my next appointment. At my next appointment, I waited nearly an hour past my appointment time, finally spoke to Dr. Kaplan and was told that they did indeed charge insurance and she would take care of it. I heard nothing from them for a week.... And then they finally called to schedule the procedure.... The day I was in the hospital with my husband who was having extensive surgery on both hands since both his thumbs had somehow become detached. I called them back two days later and said I needed to find out what the recovery time was because I now have a husband with no working hands which means I really need to be fully dinctioning until he heals in the next 4-6 months. I never received a call back and kind of forgot about it because taking care of 6 kids and a farm while teaching with no other adult help has had me a little busy. And today, I get a letter stating that I have been dismissed from the clinic for "failure to comply". Comply with what, exactly? I came to every appointment. I followed their drug instructions to the letter.... In fact, I didn't even get the last medication refill because my pcm told me she wouldn't treat my anxiety/ptsd if I continued to take it. So what exactly did I "not comply" with.... *follow up* They have called and claimed I popped positive for methamphetamine at my appointment on 11/18.... But showed nothing for the benzos I'm prescribed and take regularly. And then, after said supposedly positive test which was in November, they still put in a refill weeks later for pain medication. I was also prescribed promethazine on 11/12/25, 6 days before this drug test. Guess what pops positive for methamphetamines..... Promethazine. I know this because the exact same false positive happened with the exact same medication in 2022 when I was giving birth and I still have the signed affidavits from two pharmacists saying that it did.... A 36% chance in fact, higher depending on the manufacturer. And for the record, I tried to tell them at that appointment that I had been prescribed new medication and it wasn't in my file and they said it didn't matter. Sure. This kind of unethical bs is why chronic pain patients kill themselves. This clinic makes military doctors look good and I didn't even think that was possible. 13 years of absolute misery, finally get something resembling help and a hope that the problem can actually be fixed and they snatched that away because they're too damn stupid to log medications or know that medications can cause false positives. But no, clearly I woke up one day at the ripe old age of 43 and just randomly decided to do meth while knowing I was going to be drug tested. Absolute morons. Apparently in TN you don't get pain relief unless you want to run the risk of one of your allergies actually killing you by not taking your medication. I hope everyone in this place suffers some God awful injury and spends the rest of their lives in absolute misery. have the karma you so richly deserve.

We had appointments last Monday at this office (Cleveland), we usually go to the Chattanooga office…read morebut due to the bad weather our appointments were cancelled. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I had been in the hospital a couple of weeks ago and get short of breath if I have to walk not far at all. I would like to thanks the nurse and Jeanie for their understanding and help to have me breath correctly when I am having difficulty and can't catch my breath. We didn't see Dr. Blake on this trip, but he has always been excellent when I've seen him and he has always been concerned when he does any procedure on me. Dr. Blake always explains what he will be doing and is always willing to answer any questions I or my family my have. Just wanted to say thank you to all in the Cleveland office!

I also want to mention a couple of things before I tell you my story. I went to a new Pharmacy one time because I moved but it was very small. I decided to go back to my old pharmacy. I called CPM and told them I want to go back to my old pharmacy and Summer said my new address and number were already in the system. Yet, CPM still repeatedly kept sending my medications to the pharmacy I only went to once. Weird because CPM did not do this every month. One month CPM sent scripts to new pharmacy and the next month CPM sent scripts to pharmacy I went to once. I had to call back 4 times before CPM finally got right pharmacy. I saw Dr Fesler every other month to get my Buprenorphine Patch. I originally had an appointment scheduled for June, 2026, but Summer called me and rescheduled for July 15, 2026. She assured me I would have no problems getting my Patch refilled. She specifically told me to call July 2, and I will have no problem getting my refill. I did call and left a vm. Diana called me back and said she would have to call Dr Fesler because he was on vacation. She asked me if I had any Patches left. I thought mistakenly thought I had one more patch left but I didn't. Had to wait until Monday,July 6 to call back to explain what happened. CLEVELAND PAIN MEDICINE REFUSED TO REFILL MY PATCH WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT!!!! They had a July 8th appointment available but I use a car transport service where I have to have a 3 day notice. They were booked for several weeks and already canceled my July 15 appointment. This is how a Christian Pain Clinic treats their patients? Dr Fesler prayed for me every time I visited the office. A new girl called me back. I had to repeat myself FIVE TIMES because she kept asking me the same question!!! She said she would call me back later to see what she can do to get my script filled that day. She never did. I was in severe back pain. I was not myself and I was hurting. Instead of calming me down and making me feel better, CPM did quite the opposite. YES, it's true, I did call several times that day to see what was going on with my medication? By now it was later in the afternoon, and I called again and the Office Manager, who was extremely rude and mean, answered the phone. Again, a Christian clinic? She said I will go ahead and refill your prescription, but that I was mean and I yelled at her staff that day. This was not tolerated and I was being dismissed! Just like that. No warning. No nothing. Just dismissed. I could no longer see Dr Fesler! I guess I'm not allowed to be human and have one bad day, (Even after five years of no issues). Not allowed. Nope..Yet, ironically the Office Manager berated and yelled at me and then proceeded to dismiss me because I yelled at her staff. After 5 great years as a patient of Dr Fesler here, I was completely blindsided and shocked, by how I was treated a couple weeks ago.The way the Office Manager at Cleveland Pain Medicine dismissed me so easily without even a second thought came completely out of nowhere. I thought I mattered to them and they cared about me? Again, this is how a Christian clinic treats their patients? All because I had one bad day of being mean? This was the first and only time I yelled at anyone. Ever. It was so disappointing to end a long-standing relationship on such a bitter and horrible outcome. Teresa
