Very Friendly and efficient Had some tix for Wicked that I couldn't use. I tried listing them on Craigslist and had nothing but people trying to haggle me offering me 50% less then my asking price. One of the best! If not the best way to get tickets other than getting them pre-sale through Ticketmaster. I searched it seamed like over 20 different ticket brokers for V.I.P. passes to a concert. About half of the sites had them and for the most part the prices were the same. Drew's was on the cheaper side of the scale there. They all charge shipping and handling and it's not cheap, between $10 - $35 depending on how fast you want them in your hand. That is not where Drew's makes it's mark. Every site charges a Processing fee which is at least $10 per ticket if not more. So an expensive ticket you will get charged a pretty decent amount just to buying the ticket. Drew's is the ONLY broker I have ever heard of that charges NOTHING. NO processing fee's what so ever. Only shipping and handling is added to your ticket price, the Tax is even included in the ticket price. *** The only reason I gave them 4 stars and NOT 5 like they deserve is because when you buy your tickets you have the option to choose 2 day delivery, One day delivery or Overnight. The only thing they DON'T tell you is that, that time period starts when they get the tickets in their hands NOT from when you buy the tickets. In my case it's going to take them over a month to get the tickets before they will finally ship them to me. They NEED to tell you that! If this happened to be a gift for someone, I could have been in some trouble not getting them in two days as it said.
