UPDATE 04/02/20222 They've reimbursed me after I filed a complaint at the BBB. Don't buy tickets from this company. I purchased a ticket for parking at the SAP Center for $57, so we can park within the vicinity of the stadium - SAP Center Parking lot. What I got was a parking that was half a mile a way and it's was bought from spot hero for $15 which I can purchase myself. Which I did that day. The company doesn't monitor the quality/value of the ticket you will receive. I called customer service and was told all sales are final and they can't reimburse me. Why do they allow this kind of transaction? I need a parking ticket inside the SAP CENTER parking lot not somewhere. What is not clear about this???!! Because they don't care and they just want the cut and charge fees? I notified the better business burea and next will be consumers affairs. Scammer big time! Stay away from this company. read more

Horrible, horrible, horrible. The "service and delivery charge" I paid for Barry's Tickets to email me my tickets to print myself cost me DOUBLE the price of the tickets. This is just legalized scalping. I'd rather buy from a seedy, toothless guy in the parking lot at The Hollywood Bowl. NEVER use this ticket agent. The lakers are playing well again so I decided it was time to attend my first game of the season. I had never used Barry's Tickets before so this was all new to me. I have to say, the ease of use and customer service experience won me over. I'll be giving them my business at least a few more times this season and definitely come baseball season. read more

Barry's Tickets went above and beyond for us, after tickets we'd bought for Hamilton @ the Pantages fell through due to a fraudulent practice of another ticketing company. Kathy at Barry's Tickets emailed us helpful information to recoup our money, then ensured us that we would get the day and seats we wanted. This was a lengthy process, but they never deserted us in the process. I'm not sure what all the negative feedback is about. I purchased 2 tickets for a game. They had forgotten to charge me the discounted price (I entered in a coupon code). So I e-mailed them asking about it and they gave me the credit back no problem. I went to the Calabasas office to pick up the tickets. Quick, easy, no problems. They got back to me very quickly after I bought the tickets letting me know they are ready to be picked up. I, fortunetly, had excellent customer service! I've been using barrys for the last 3 years and I've always had a good experience using their services. I like how they have an office right across from staples, it makes it very convenient to purchase tickets on the day of the game. Their prices are fair and if you purchase tickets day of you can bargain with them and you usually get them for a lower rate. read more

Not sure what happened with the other reviewers but I've had nothing but good experiences at Barrys. They always have the best prices for Dodgers and Clippers and stuff - They don't have service fees anymore which is HUGE - you think your paying less from the other guys but then they just mark it up CRAZY high at the end of the checkout. Do your homework people....Barrys does have better prices than most everyone else and theyre real people. Works for me! read more

Wow, I normally don't bother writing reviews however after reading several super-negative ones, I'm gonna chime in. My husband and I have used Barry's Tickets for years and years and never had a bad experience. We are avid concert goers and sports fans. YES you gotta realize that you will pay over face value when buying thru any ticket agent. Actually Barry's seems to be the one ticket agency that does not hit you with a 10% or 15% service charge on top of their tickets -- the posted ticket price is the true price, which is one of the reasons we like them. StubHub and so many other ticket agencies/websites post one price and then when you order the tickets, there's a stiff service fee on top. We have found Barry's extremely fair and reputable. read more
