Last year our tickets were in the Founder's Circle area, and that part of the venue is amazing! It is pretty chill and if you want to sit outside of the venue seating area, there are options. Getting things from the concession stands are easy and hassle-free. The people that work at the Fred Kavli Theater are so nice and go above and beyond. Some are paid and some are volunteers. Last year I lost a piece of a ring and Kelly F. found it! I got to see her again this past week (July 2026) and thanked her again for going above and beyond. (I also sent emails to several folks at "toaks.org" email addresses to mention Kelly and two other great ushers for their help...I never heard back from anyone.) For parking, you might be able to find something on the street. Otherwise, it is about $16 cashless (credit/debit only) to park. There are a variety of show types that play at this venue. I really love the locations, the ease of getting in/out, and the seating options. I look forward to my next concert early in 2027!

I've been going to Regal for many years and have been a loyal Regal Unlimited member for a long…read moretime, as has my brother. Over the years, we've frequented multiple Regal locations including Sherman Oaks, North Hollywood, and Valencia and have never experienced anything like this. This was the first and only time we've ever been treated this way, specifically at the Simi Valley location. After I scanned my tickets, as I always do, my brother was asked to show his Unlimited pass, even though he's never been asked to do so before. When I spoke with the assistant manager, Christopher, he insisted this is "the way it's always been done." As someone who's been coming to Regal theaters for years, that simply hasn't been my experience. What made the situation even more frustrating was being told that sometimes the policy is enforced and other times it isn't because they "can't control what happens when they're not around." A policy that's only enforced inconsistently isn't fair to customers. It felt like my brother was being singled out and treated as though he didn't actually have a valid membership. When I explained to Christopher that I felt like my brother and I were being profiled, his immediate response was, "Why, because you're Latino?" I never mentioned race at any point. In fact, my concern was that my brother and I two young, darker-skinned adults were being treated differently. His assumption that I was referring specifically to being Latino only reinforced my concern that bias may have influenced how we were treated. To make matters worse, the overall atmosphere created by the staff was unwelcoming. The customer ahead of us was sharply scolded for trying to bring in a drink, which immediately set a negative tone before our own interaction even began. I go to the movies to relax and unwind, not to feel scrutinized or unfairly singled out. This experience left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. As a result, I canceled my Regal Unlimited membership, and my brother canceled his as well. After years of supporting Regal, it's disappointing that this experience at the Simi Valley location is what ultimately drove us away. General Manager Megan Sanchez, is this really how you allow your Regal to be run? Is it acceptable for policies to be enforced inconsistently, for loyal customers to be singled out, and for a manager's first response to a concern about profiling to be, "Why, because you're Latino?" This experience fell far below the standard I've come to expect from Regal, and I expected much better treatment after years of being a loyal customer.
