Awful now!!! Be Aware! They were great under old management now they are bunch of liars and horrible mechanics. I had broken car hood release cable. First they said $85, next they went to $285 and said they can't fix it the same day. The next day they went up to $485 stating that they spen 4 hours trying to open hood. The guy was extremely rude, we told him that this kind of fix averages from $80 to $240, he told us to fix it ourselves and that he can return our car unfix but we still needs to pay $90. Absolutely terrible experience. I took my car in for A/C repair and brake adjustment after being quoted around $150 for A/C and $270 for brake. Once they already had my car, the price suddenly increased to $235 with no proper explanation. Then they called asking if I wanted a state inspection because it was expiring soon. I clearly told them NOT to do the state inspection yet, but they ignored my instructions, completed it anyway, and charged me for it. Later, when I returned to complete the emissions inspection and get the stickers, they claimed I had to do the safety inspection again. On top of the confusion and unnecessary charges, the owner had a very rude attitude. Every time I tried to explain the situation and point out their mistake, he kept interrupting me and telling me to "keep quiet." Completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior toward a customer. This place seems more interested in adding charges and arguing with customers than providing honest service. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. ZERO STAR. read more

I've been a customer for 10 years, used to be great now it's terrible under the new management...they're like the nightmare mechanic you always hear stories about, they'll tell you car needs something, then something else will go wrong, then they'll keep pulling you along for more money when it's clear they've created more problems and make you pay for it. Super nice owner and their prices are very fair. I do most of my own work on my cars, so this review is based only for an inspection. They broke two of my wheel studs because they over-torqued the lug nuts putting them back on. When I got home that night I literally had one lug nut and stud completely gone, and my wheel was only being held on by one lug nut at that point. My sister goes to them and never has had any problems, so maybe it was just a bad day. read more

This place is awesome! My dad is very knowledgeable on cars so I trust him to choose a place to go when I need repairs on my semi-clunker. I had oil leaking and took my car here to get it fixed. Everything was done well and in a timely fashion -- I had my car back by the end of the weekend. They're also not pushy in terms of recommending or making repairs that you have not specifically asked for. Costs are explicitly stated on the receipt and nothing appears to be too extraneous (parts or labor). i have been going to here for 2 years. Fantastic Mechanic with amazing speed and service. they are incredibly honest with the pricing. I have gotten the following done at carcarecenter. 1. AC work - for 2 years i couldn't get it to work. another mechanic quoted us for 1000 dollars while he figured that there is a crack somewhere and fixed it for 100 dollars including labor 2. oil change and inspection - always done with speed. 3. rear bearing - started getting really bad vibration in the car. another mechanic told us we need to get wheels, brakes, etc replaced (BS alert). Carecarecenter fixed it in couple hours and let us know its just the ball bearing. even showed us the cracked bearing for fun. i have recommended this place to 3 of my coworkers and they have stopped going to their mechanic. read more
