I thought they had moved to a new location on McDade Blvd. I had to ask three people where and how to enter the parking lot and building since the parking lot was being repaved. No sign said the place was open, where to enter the parking lot [in front of a bank] or how to enter the building once you are in the parking lot. I left my truck there for repair to my exhaust system at 8 AM. Later that afternoon, I received an email stating that the parts were not available for my truck. I did not even receive a phone call. Finally, no explanation was given when I retrieved my truck. In addition, the truck was left unlocked when I went to pick it up. The only positive comment I have is that they are open until 7 PM on weekdays. My rating is zero stars.

After about an hour or 2 Bill called me from Stirling and told me that they had to replace the tire because the damage was too severe. The next morning the new tire had arrived and they installed it.
