The rent is very reasonable and the family that owns the building has always been friendly and helpful. However, when I rented in 2024-2025, the experience was completely different. I think it's the office management, led by Marissa, but probably also Kaiserman corporate office has changed. They have become non responsive to residents, and very defensive. There were also many problems with water lines and gas lines. I feel so sorry for families with young children having to go without for days at a time. And no refunds to anyone. It's sad, as there aren't many rentals in the area that accept dogs, and again, the location is fantastic. However, I am so glad to be out, and warn anyone considering the move, it all changes once you are a resident. The office is literally hostile. Except for Cat who seems competent and human. I hope Kaiserman will consider making her the manager. Maybe things would improve!

No matter the issue or question I had, they would respond almost immediately, and work with me, even on a Sunday evening. The apartment I rented was finished the day before I moved in, so there was no issues on the cleanliness or state of the apartment. Sergio and Corinn were in touch with me throughout the move-in and I appreciated that immensely. They also kept in touch throughout the year to check in and keep us updated for the weather conditions and such. They truly put together a clean and welcoming apartment and it was clear to me they truly wanted to make those of us who rented from them welcome. The elevator has NEVER…read moreseen a lysol wipe. 25 dogs, people cleaning up poop and who knows what that is on all of the walls but never the evidence of a fresh clean wipe down. DO NOT touch the buttons!! The 'cleaning' people vaccum faithfully over the carpet stains weekly and never disturb the spider webs in the railings and corners. Since the halls don't have windows you pray for some carpet fresh to ward off the smell of closed - upness and I don't care what they say, someone in this building does restaurant prep, I'll bet the board of health will agree once they smell the building. I can name the dishes every week and it starts at 11pm....yum nauseating and no sleep. When mentioned to the office how I almost vomit every Thursday at 3am from the overpowering smell, I am told it's because of the many ethnicities in the building. Do not call me when I put chitterlings in a crockpot on low and leave for the day/weekend. Lastly, no one seems to be concerned about the poor dog that whimpers, yaps & whines ALL HOURS ALL THE TIME. When trying to address it with the office there is no real solution offered. I am so flustered because I love my place and who wants to move becuase Sasquatch won't act like they live above humans and the restuarant people leave their dog barking and yapping ALL DAY LONG. I often forget this is a condo and not apartment but it could be worse, at least there are no rodents & roaches in this building.
