"HOW THE MIGHTY HAVE FALLEN" My wife and I have been going to M&A for 5 years, at least. Today, we were told that they are under "new management". They no longer offer the senior discount, which we have counted on to help us out. The loyalty program is no longer available either. We really rely on the "PLUS" sleep gummies to help us stay asleep. M&A never seems to have them and no one can tell us when or if they'll have them again. We are constantly trying the "latest and greatest" in order to help us with sleep. It's "one day chicken...next day feathers". Don't recognize many of the employees, from month to month. I thought this locations was cute and friendly the first time I came in. Of course they take care of you when they hear it's your first time! However this second experience was NOT it. Security waved me by to the girl at the counter around 2:30 on 7/11, she barely looked at me, didn't seem welcoming and gave me a really icky feeling if I wasn't already there I would've turn around and went to another dispensary across the way. The selection is diverse and I feel like there's something for every budget. One of the most notable things for me was the shopping style. Manager yesterday 10/25 at 7pm, didn't catch her name but she was extremely rude and condescending towards my husband. His pod is not working and we took it in to exchange it because they pride themselves on their exchanges. She wouldn't exchange it, said it was our batteries and when he tried to explain that the other pod we bought afterwards works on the batteries she still tried to explain that it was our batteries. So now we will no longer go to this location. This is not the first time this dispensary has had rude customer service. If you can go anywhere else I would strongly recommend it. Stiiizy down the street has amazing employees and way better and affordable prices. P.S. a little food for thought, if most of the customers are complaining about terrible service. I've been to several locations of this dispensary, and one thing is consistent: they only use their metal detector on male customers. Every time I visit, I see women walk right in without being checked, while any man who approaches is stopped and wanded. This is not just a one-off, as it happens at all their locations I've been to. I've even tested this by going with a group of friends of mixed genders. Every male got wanded, every female walked right through without question. This is blatant gender-based discrimination. If security is necessary, it should be applied equally to all customers. If it's not necessary for women, it's not necessary for men. Targeting one gender for extra screening is both disrespectful and unlawful. Until this company changes its policy to treat all customers equally, I won't be returning and I'll be encouraging others to spend their money where fairness and respect are part of the customer experience. read more

I've been a longtime customer of March and Ash, ordering regularly (2-3 times per week). While the staff is amazing and the products are good (though pricey), the delivery system and online support are absolutely awful and have only gotten worse over time. The delivery windows are never accurate. A "2-hour window" consistently turns into 4+ hours. They'll tell you your delivery is en route, send misleading updates, and the number of stops before yours keeps increasing, making it impossible to plan your day. I don't mind waiting if they're busy, but the lack of transparency and accuracy is beyond frustrating. Companies like DoorDash, Uber Eats, and other dispensaries have figured this out--why can't March and Ash? To make matters worse, the online customer service reps are rude and unhelpful. I just want accurate updates so I know if I have time to run errands or get dinner instead of being stuck waiting indefinitely. This experience is super inconvenient and, sadly, has pushed me to start looking for other dispensaries. I'll truly miss the wonderful staff and drivers, but management and ownership have really dropped the ball on customer service and the overall experience. I've been coming here for years, have brought my wife and my dog and always enjoyed it. I recently purchased two vape carts that were heavily terpene-added, and were harsh and didn't feel good to smoke. I went on March and Ash's website to find out what their return policy is. I found two lists of Q&A's, with one addressing defective merchandise and another answering about a product you're not happy with. Since the carts worked but were not good, the stated policy is to contact the vendor and with their approval, March and Ash will "facilitate an exchange at one of their locations". So I emailed the vendor, who got back to me fairly quickly that they had contacted M&A, but that m&a usually take several days to respond. I left town for the weekend and on Tuesday contacted the vendor; they still hadn't heard back. They sent me an email that detailed the situation and expressed their approval for the exchange for another of their products, with their contact info, so I could go in to do the exchange. I then called March and Ash's customer support number to verify this would be ok. "V" encouraged me to go in, ask for a manager, and they would do the exchange. On the day I came in to do the exchange, I asked for a manager, and Shaun came over. When I showed him the email on my phone, he reached for my phone without asking for it. I did not give my phone to him, as I dont know him and he didn't ask. I held it up at a good distance for him to read. This seemed to upset him. I then explained the steps I'd taken already, in a calm and straight forward manner, and he immediately started arguing that they only take returns for defective products. I told him what your website states about being unhappy with a product and contacting the vendor, and he said "well I only know whats on the receipt". I reminded him it is on the website, though, and he told me to "take it down a notch." I was totally calm. He seemed set on escalating the situation rather than providing decent customer service. When I returned to the register for the exchange, I tried to share why I was explaining the steps I'd gone through already, to try to defuse things, but he took it as a challenge to further argue with me. I noticed his hands were shaky while using the register; there may be something more going on. An employee over Shaun's shoulder heard everything and made several sympathetic faces to me. She followed me out to the lobby, as I was leaving, and encouraged me to report Shaun; she also offered that she could get the store manager. I said ok to that. I waited about 30 seconds, and that's when Shaun came charging out again and stood 2 feet from me, while I was literally in a corner of the lobby. He seemed angry. I explained I said ok to his employee's offer of speaking with the store manager, and his response was "ok, he's not here, what do you want?" And stayed in my face. I again calmly spoke w him, because he was still aggro and in my face, at which point he started yelling that I need to leave the store. I laughed, said that's fine, then left, bc what else is there to discuss with this unbalanced hothead? Shaun then followed me through the door at the same time I went through, for what reason I dont know. We had nothing more to talk about, he'd argued with me twice already, yet he was going to go outside with me. Why? Nothing positive would have come from that. As he pushed through the door, his elbow jammed into me. At this point I was tired of this horrible treatment and called the police. This fortunately served to defuse Shaun; who knows what would have happened/ had to have happened next. I spoke with the just-then returning store Manager, who was sympathetic but offered no specifics. The company forwarded me to HR, who decided Shaun will get a "coaching" and me, an entire $50 store credit. What a slap in the face, after already getting elbowed, as a long-term paying customer. This place employs and stands behind aggressive, unhappy people. What a shame. read more

When I get in there it is at least ten minutes past that hour mark. My order isn't ready and when I asked about it the manager Blanca said I needed to wait an hour it's only been forty minutes. I showed her the text and tried to explain that's not what I had and she proceeds to tell me are done talking I have something to say. Just extremely rude and unnecessary!! This space if beautiful! I had a chance to visit for the first time on Mother's Day and all the ladies received a flower stem to take home. What a nice touch. The staff here is practicing safe social distancing protocols during COVID-19. Markers outside, limited entry inside, people are required to wear masks and even their mascot bear does too. You must pay by cash, but they conveniently placed an ATM in the store location, should you not be prepared. The budtenders are well versed in their product lines to assist you. I use CBD oil for it's health benefits and I absolutely love their edible popcorn. It is a balanced hybrid that is nice to relax with Netflix before bedtime. The store has something for everyone of age and that has a card. There is security at the door and things are well managed. Just use the store for what it's meant for. Don't talk to anyone unless you want to be disappointed by a terrible attitude, weed knowledge, and just sheer laziness when talking to you. At any given time all 3 cashiers will turn into "BUD tenders" and yes you will wait as long as the other ppl are asking questions. This is the only March and ash Ik does this, the one on Sabre springs never has this issue. There is no system set up for this. I waited so long one time a worker just passing by from the back said he couldn't watch me wait any longer and helped me.
