I took my car through The Soapy Bucket Car Wash on 2/24/2026. The front of my car looks great, however the entire back of my car was just as dirty as it was when I went into the car wash. I paid for the $12.00 Deluxe car wash. So disappointed that I now have to get another car wash just to wash the back of my car. My husband said he has had the same problem when he took his van through the same car wash. I am thinking we can't be the only ones who have this problem with this car wash. read more

If you want a what you pay for do not go here! I have gone here multiple times and it is hit or miss on whether or not when you use the soap brush you will get soap, 2 out of 5 times I used the soap brush only water came out no soap, kind of hard to wash a car without soap. The person maintaining it doesn't care either. I stopped going here and went elsewhere, the place I went to cheaper to. read more

15$ on my card for 5 minutes in the wash bay? Which would normally run 4$ in quarters. Wash bays filled with dirt on a Tuesday afternoon then went to vacuum and the first one didn't have any suction. Used the bill changer and it gobbled up 2 1$ bills, I've canceled my monthly and recommended going to one of the many they have put in the Howell/Brighton area. read more

Impressive DIY wash bays and excellent options for cleaning your vehicle! Not a lot of lag in between soap/water changes! so not much wasted time. At first I liked the option of using a debit/credit card as I didn't have many quarters or singles on me, However and what brings in missing 2 stars is that I'll only use cash here from now on as the pre authorization charge of $15 is still pending 5 days later when final charge for wash is ad $5. No reason at all that their payment service cannot work faster. Can remember a time in life where that $10 being held up for 5 days would be overwhelming, now it's just a nuisance but either way is unnecessary USE CASH!!! read more

This place was incredible. I've never gone to a car wash where your car stays in the same spot while the washing equipment comes to your car and washes it with all the different cycles as the type of car wash where you have to drive through an entire wash center on a chain. The gentleman that was there was so much help to me as I was certainly a novice at this! He was very patient and very nice and even made sure once I drove in that I was comfortable and on my way to getting into the right spot for being washed. Wrote his name down but don't have it handy so I will look it up and edit this when I do because I would like his manager or the owner to know what a great employee they have! My car was really nice and clean and once that happens you can pull right over into a detail area where they have vacuums available and areas where you can wash your car mats available. It is an extra cost which I'm not used to however the cost of the wash was less expensive then and automated good service in Texas where I live so I think it all came out in the "wash"! LOL....
