Lindora is mostly a weight management program that also helps you with any other illnesses that you may encounter, such as diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and overeating. To me, maintaining my weight is very important along with losing weight. Especially being diabetic. I went in sometime last week on a Tuesday morning and was helped by one of their nurses, and another female employee. Both very friendly, helpful, easy to talk to and kind. They took my vitals, blood work that I have already had from UCLA, and made me stand on their scale. From last time that I have seen them, I have lost 50 lbs. That was few years ago. Lindora is a metabolic health and wellness clinic focussed on improving energy, confidence, and weight loss under personal supervision. They also sell vitamins/minerals and if you want, you can sign up for their diet program and purchase food from them. That will eventually happen later. You also need to keep a journal and count your points by what you eat/drink. Their facility along with gender neutral restroom was super clean. I am very pleased with the care and attention that I got from this facility and looking forward to seeing them again very soon. You have to have a positive mindset, be consistent, and try not to easily be influenced by other people who are trying to get you down. They accept most major credit cards and don't know about their parking situation. Plenty of parking in front of their building. Thank you all....

I took the intermediate class, and I definitely found that to be more challenging especially since I've taken Pilates multiple times before. I've done the ozone therapy once. I don't know how much good it did for me, but I was definitely relaxed during and after the treatment. The studio looks nice and clean. The restroom is cute and clean. Several large lockers to place your things into for free. They have a nutritionist if you want to try out their diet plan. A little expensive.
