UPDATE for HCG DIET - DONE AND DONE. It's been 2 weeks since I finished the 42 day diet, but I wanted to include my just received before and after photos with my final review, as promised. My results/experiences in a nutshell: -Lost a total of 25 pounds of fat and no loss of muscle -Lost between 0.5 to 1 pound per day -Hardest during first 7-10 days -Overall, I had more energy throughout the day and slept better at night -Aris @ Glendale Body Studio were very helpful and knowledgeable. He always made himself available to answer questions. I couldn't have asked for a better coach. On a final note, Aris recommends that you weigh yourself each morning on a home scale. After completing this diet, I couldn't agree with him more. There was no bigger motivator and sense of accomplishment than seeing the pounds melt off each day. Skinny! I feel nice and thin and that makes me feel happy and it was fast which makes me happier! EXPENSIVE!!! ZERO FOLLOW-THROUGH!!!! You'll pay for services that you don't receive. Aris is personable, but talks A LOT. He never introduces himself and it's hard to get a word in edgewise. I didn't know his name until my 4th visit, when someone else at the desk said, "are you here for Aris?" ZERO follow-up. I did the initial session where they take photographs and measurements, but never had photographs or measurements taken at the end, so I don't know why they took the initial ones. The fees I paid included follow-up visits but they never contacted me; so I paid for services I didn't receive. I would not recommend. I absolutely DID finish the diet. Aris called to cancel my last two appointments. He'd told me that they check in on patients during the maintenance period. I didn't hear a single word from him or anyone in the company. read more

I started the HCG diet 2 months ago . after trying and failing many other diets this was the only one that it worked and I lost 24 pounds in 40 days. My new lil beach body secret! A friend of mine referred me to Aris, for she had great results and had only good things to say about this office so she recommended I give it a try as well. I eat well, and work out often but some of those stubborn pouches just wouldn't budge and so finally here I am, problem solved! I am generally a skeptic when it comes to any and all fat reduction procedures, but cool sculpting has something going here. It is a non invasive, fat reduction procedure that freezes stubborn fat away. No surgery, minimal pain, more just a bit uncomfortable for the first few minutes, but the 1 hour procedure went by quick and my day continued business as usual with zero downtime. Was thinking about doing coolsculpting for about a year now. Never been overweight, but have always had trouble around my waist aka "love handles".
