Always delicious, the staff are polite, their menu is amazing. Definitely my favorite coffee shop. I will go out of my way to come here.

Before heading out of Gallatin and back towards Nashville, I decided an iced coffee would be great for the short drive, so off to Yelp I went and Graham's Coffee was the first spot to pop up. The location of Graham's is a bit odd, as it seems a bit off the beaten path in current state. However, I can see how this location is advantageous given the construction going on in the immediate surrounding area. Graham's is a drive thru coffee spot with two windows, a small covered area and a fairly extensive menu for a place its size. The set up is drive up to the window on the right, order and pay...then swing around the back of the building to the other side to pick up the goods. It was a seamless process and worked well. I went with the iced white chocolate with almond milk, 16 ounce size and it ran me a bit over $7 total. The drink was okay. It was very mild in flavor, not coffee or white chocolate forward in taste. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't as expected. Service was also okay. The ladies working the window were efficient, but I would not call them "friendly". Overall, there was nothing terrible about my visit to Graham's. It was good, just nothing special. The shop is adorable, the drive thru is efficient, menu is solid and the coffee is decent. While I do not find myself in Gallatin often, next time I do, I will swing back through and check out something else on the menu. Hands down, THE BEST coffee! Period! I love the latte, sometimes I add mocha during the cooler months.

The coffee is delicious. The service is great. I do wish they knew more about the ingredients so when asked if something is vegan or gluten free or whatever they at could go to a source and see. Other than that I really like them. I like that I can sit comfortable outside on a nice comfy thick cushioned couch. They even have a couple fire pits with seating and picnic tables. If I were going to have a get together this is the place to have it. Plenty of parking too and the views are nice. It's quite country. read more

I drove through here for a cup of coffee. It's been a while since I've been because my service was not great previously- thought I'd give it another shot. When ordering, I asked specifically if they still had drip coffee. (Having managed a coffee shop for many years, I know around 2-3pm people can be out). She confirmed that, yes, they still had drip coffee for the day. I pull around to the other window (I'm the only costumer there) and I'm getting frustrated with how long it was taking them. I sat in the pick up window for about 9 minutes. Then, I see that she is pulling espresso shots, puts them into a cup, and hands to me. Yikes! I said "did you just make me an americano?" She said "oh um we are of drip so is that okay" ‍ I said "well no, I ordered drip coffee and was sure to check if you had some before I paid. I would have gone somewhere else if you had told me up front that you were out. How many shots of espresso is in this americano?" This chick literally put ONE shot of espresso in my 16oz cup and filled the rest up with hot water. With tip I paid about $7 for this!! Having had managed a shop, like I said, I have an abundance of empathy for baristas. I would have understood if she told me she was out. MAYbe I would have even changed my order (not to an Americano). Instead, she gave me wrong info, charged me, didn't ask if I wanted something else, simply handed me a totally different drink that wasn't even made well, and wasn't going to say anything. She was puzzled why I even questioned it. I was so frustrated. What did I even pay for? Unsure. Haven't been back since. read more

Being from WA state i know good coffee . The baristas are friendly & someone taught them right ! The cute drive around reminds me of the way they do coffee in the PNW ... so glad i found them, a hidden gem on Harris Lane. WELL worth the couple extra minutes it might take to hop off the bypass & skip the other guys. read more

Little drive thru HUGE flavor. While Gallatin is getting coffee house popping left and right Graham's coffee can definitely stand out. The quality and consistency of their coffee & drinks puts them on my top 3 here in Gallatin. A little off the main road but worth the pit stop to get your caffeine hit! Super friendly and helpful staff they will recommend a great drink if you can't decide what to pick. Although it's a small drive in I am excited to see how they grow their space. It seems they will be adding a seating area with fire-pits and they parking situation isn't an issue as they lot is decent size. tried this place a few times. I really enjoy it. However sometimes the espresso tastes burnt? But when it's done right it's amazing.

Tried to go to Dutch Brothers, the double line wrapped through the parking lot and into the "street" area of the Lowe's parking lot. Their coffee is ok, but not worth that wait. So, we decided to try Graham's, which is pretty close and off the main drag. I got a dirty chai blended drink with an extra shot. My husband got an iced mocha. They use ACTUAL espresso that you can watch them make through the window. None of that premixed crap. Both drinks were delicious. Will be going back. read more
