EYE BROW WAX REVIEW ONLY…read more I hate giving bad reviews but the waxing service was really poor. I paid $20 ($25 w/ tip) to have my eyebrows waxed not so great. Ehhh.. not so much. A Head of Time Hair Design is more expensive than the average hair salon. For $20 I can get an eyebrow wax at the Bay Club's spa by an esthetician on a proper table, in proper light. I got home and had to pull out the tweezer to get a bunch of strays she missed. The lighting was bad and it can't help she did it in a salon hair cutting chair. There are plenty of places in Marin to get a better eyebrow wax for $12.
