I had a really disappointing experience with this Enterprise location. The entire situation felt…read moremisleading, and I ended up losing about $110 because of how the Fuel Service Option was explained to me. At pickup, I was simply asked if I wanted the fuel option. The employee did not explain that I was prepaying for the entire tank regardless of how much fuel I actually used, or that unused fuel would not be prorated or refunded. Because this was never explained, I filled the tank myself before returning the vehicle. Had they clearly explained how the program worked, I obviously would not have spent additional money filling up a tank I had already prepaid for. When I raised the issue afterward, there was essentially no accountability for the fact that the option was not properly explained. Instead, I was left paying for the prepaid fuel AND the gas I personally put into the vehicle. There were other issues as well. They advertise their vehicles as newer models, but the van I received was clearly an older model and did not match that expectation. Even worse, there were ants inside the vehicle. Between the ants, the older vehicle, the misleading explanation of the fuel option, and the complete lack of accountability afterward, I would not rent from this location again. I feel like I was essentially scammed out of $110 because important information about what I was purchasing was never communicated to me.

Arrow filled this need very well. When I called Al I wasn't sure if I should go through him. I'd never heard of them and I didn't want to get burned on a deal. I made the plunge to give Al a shot, I needed an affordable car, (HERTZ and ENTERPRISE) were charging FOUR times the amount. Al picked me up from the airport with the car I would be driving for the four days, took me back to the place of business, filed some paperwork and was off. I had a special request as I was taking the red eye home, Al told me initially to leave the car in lot C. He called an hour before I was to be at the airport and told me he was there and could drop off the car, he the drove me back to the Airport. From start to finish I was treated with a lot of respect and will be recommending him to all my friends. If you are considering a rental car and don't want to pay through the nose for the other guys, you will get 10x the service from Al.

About a week before my trip, I got a second confirmation email that changed my pickup location. I was extremely confused about this as I already got a confirmation email, weeks ago. So I quickly edit the reservation to the correct original locations The DAY BEFORE my trip I received another confirmation email that my location had changed. At this point I was too worried so I decided to call and ask what was going on. After being on call and explaining my situation, they finally gave me the bad news. No Cars were available nowhere near my pickup location. This was the DAY BEFORE my trip. All my planning and due diligence thrown out the window. I asked if there is any other options because I had this confirmed and planned WEEKS AGO, the agent said, "when you put it like that, it sounds messed up" I was hesitant to express anger to the agent because I knew it was not his fault.But the situation made me beyond livid. No alternative transportation or even a sorry, simply a, yea that sucks dude. If it was not for my need to have everything neat, I would have shown up to that branch like a fool without a car, thus weeks of planning a trip, thrown out the window. I can handle mediocre service, I can handle a frustrating system. What I can't handle is this company violating an express contract to have a car for me when I followed the procedure, only for them to pull the run from under me the day before my trip. Additionally, the vehicle had a distinct odor of cigarette smoke, and the "change oil" indicator was illuminated. On Saturday, February 28, 2026, I returned to the branch to address these issues with the branch manager. The manager informed me of a lack of available vehicles and suggested a smaller alternative. Given that I had rented a full-size vehicle for a planned family trip, I explained my need for a larger vehicle. Despite the circumstances, I had no option but to accept the offered vehicle. While driving on the freeway, the dashboard lights, radio, and all interior illumination unexpectedly ceased to function.

First, I asked reasonable clarifying questions about using an Apple Card for the rental hold process since the physical card intentionally has no printed numbers on it. Instead of calmly explaining the policy, the manager - Carlos - became hostile, raised his voice, accused me of "trying to force" him to do something, refused to provide any escalation contact, and ultimately hung up on me. When I returned later to pick up the rental, I specifically requested that the authorization be run as credit rather than debit so my available funds wouldn't immediately be pulled during an already stressful move. Despite that request, approximately $300 was immediately removed from my available balance. Then the rental vehicle itself had a defective driver's seatbelt. I reported it immediately. Staff acknowledged the issue, took it to a mechanic, and then told me there was nothing they could do and no other vehicles were available. So I was ultimately handed a vehicle with a known defect involving the driver's primary safety restraint system and told to take it anyway because there were no other options. The combination of hostile customer service, poor communication, payment handling issues, and being given a vehicle with an acknowledged safety defect made this an incredibly uncomfortable experience overall.
