Really put me at ease and sold me on the Lamborghini for which I got a lot of compliments! It was sleek and chic and best of all was the rush of adrenaline when I stepped on the gas! What I loved the most was how the valet guys at the hotel wouldn't stop taking pictures with it! They even nicknamed it Kermit! Will definitely return!

For a wide range of Vehicles you must check out Vem Exotic, anywhere else they might have a Bentley or Mercedes but that be it... only to tell you it's rented out and this is what's left! These dudes got em all, white, black, luxury, sporty, suv, comfy, you name it they got it. All Star line up of high end cars for any occasions, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had a really pleasant experience working with Ashley on getting this Porsche. I'll definitely be returning to this place! The car itself was amazing and sparkling clean. There were so many different options to choose from but Ashley helped narrowed it down to the one I wanted!

I had to get it out of my system for at least once in my lifetime. Don't think I will ever own one of these babies, unless I win the lottery, or sell my house. It's even expensive to rent these bad boys too, depending how long you want to rent them. Took me and my girl out for a spin joyriding around the city. I wanted to rent one near home out by Newport Beach, but they were closed. So we came here and enjoyed a few hours of renting the car. Gassed her up , and went for a spin. read more

Wassup everyone just wanted to leave a comment for this great company! this was my second time renting from these guys and it was a great experience once again. First time was cool, had the car i was looking for the lambo truck the Urus man that truck was crazy fast and super clean. They even had it at a full tank for me. Second time i wanted to try the mclaren...and again the experience was 10/10. full tank of gas, super clean inside and out. I even told them i was stuck in traffic when I was taking it back and they said no problem. Other companies would have charged me forsure but they were cool about it. I plan to come back soon!! read more

The BEST luxury car rental company in L.A. hands down. I booked my reservation super last minute and this company was nothing but helpful, professional & respectful, and got me exactly what I needed when I needed it. We used the rental for a music video shoot and the client could not be happier with the services. Pickup and drop off couldn't have gone smoother, especially with the driver being extremely flexible and understanding of what we were doing. The entire trip was as comfortable as can be. This might sound cheesy but this place makes dreams a reality! I really wanted an American HighEnd experience for my birthday and they knocked me off my feet with the amazing rare 2019 Challenger STR Hellcat. The next day, they completely changed their story. They charged me for an extra full day of rental anyway and claimed the car still smelled like smoke. That directly contradicted what they told me after inspecting it. It feels like they were just looking for a reason to charge me more. I paid for a professional detail to address their concern, relied on what they told me, and then they went back on their word. Very disappointing experience, and I would not rent from this location again.

The car itself looked very nice and clean. From inside and outside. We moved to the next car and got the same feeling. Unfortunately, prices were a tad expensive. Lot was a decent standard size. Could fit about at least 20-25 cars..easy. The employees were not pushy nor were they forceful to rent us a car. The waiting area looked nice and very clean and so did the lot. We told them we will think a bit more, and will definitely come back to this location. I hope my 5 star review will make a BIG difference next to all the other 1 star negative, bad reviews! I believe one's name was Tony and can't remember the other guy's name. They were both polite & trying their best to help us. We were there on the 2nd of April around 4pm. They showed us a few cars that didn't meet our expectations since 2 of them were Mazda CX50 intermediate SUV, and for 3 days $193.64 not counting the hidden fees such as tax, insurance and the rest. The other car that they showed us was a Hyundai Venue $160.00. Both cars were EXPENSIVE for our budget. The place from outside was not clean, was dusty and needed a good sweep & a wash with a hose. Inside on the other hand was pretty much clean. It's a very small lot that can fit up to 10 cars. Not a lot of cars to choose from except SUV's! So we took the chance/risk and stayed with my son's car and drove all the way to Santa Barbara and back.

I did provide a five star review previously, until I got a follow-up email from Sixt a couple days after I returned the car. They claimed that they found a scratch on the roof of my Rav4 rental. This is total BS and now they are trying to charge me almost $500 for a "scratch repair". I literally drove the car from studio City to Las Vegas and parked the car for my entire stay. I parked it at a secure covered garage the entire time. I drove the car back home and returned the vehicle back to Sixt. There is no way a scratch could appear on the roof considering we did not load any type of luggage onto the roof. This place is a total scam and was too good to be true. Who knows how many other people they have scammed. I was going to do another rental in 2 weeks and now they will no longer receive any further business from me or anyone I know, because I will be telling everybody about the shady company. The tech advised me to switch out the rental, saying it would likely die again. Enterprise isn't open on Sundays. I called on Mon and was assured I could swap cars. There was only 1 car available. At first, I was told I'd be charged for gas, since I didn't fill the tank, but I reminded them that I didn't want to turn off the car at a gas station, for fear it wouldn't start. I'd used less than 1/4 tank of gas. They understood, and I wasn't charged. The second car had something wrong with the trunk, but they were able to adjust it. It had a little less than a half tank of gas. I don't think the cars are thoroughly cleaned between rentals, but the staff does their best to deal with what they have. The staff deserves a 5 and the cars a 3, thus a 4-star rating.

Avoid renting here at all costs. Rented a car here for less than 24 hours and they charged me for 3…read moredays which was almost $400 more. Haven't gotten a refund either until I called the FOURTH time. They said to call my bank but the bank said enterprise just processed 3 minutes after speaking to them. When I left with the car, I look in the rear view mirror, and Oscar was still working. I hope the owners of Bestway appreciate this detailed hard worker.

I took my car in for service and wanted a fun ride for the week. I walked into VEM and was automatically welcomed. The manager was very informative about the cars and helped me make a decision based on what I wanted. They made me feel very comfortable and hooked me up with an amazing price. Friendly warning though, they have the sickest cars on the lot so its going to be very hard to pick one. The service, cleanliness, cars, and experience was all indescribable. How about goodnight and rented cars at La exotic rentals, and it really is really good. They give you the best customer service and include insurance, which is something that many companies that rent cars do not do or simply lie to you & in La exotic rentals they comply ...
