The waiting area is pretty bleak. Their availability to do tire changes isn't great, hence I usually have it done elsewhere after enquiring when it can be done at VIP. Unfortunately, both times the staff told us that our vehicles had oil leaks. Recently, they even refused to perform an oil change on my daughter's Solaris, claiming there was oil in the coolant and advising us to take the car to our mechanic instead. However, our reputable mechanic has inspected both vehicles and confirmed there's no oil in the coolant and no leaks. I ended up paying $75 for an oil change with my mechanic, whereas I could have paid less than $50 using a Valvoline coupon for a conventional oil change. Adding to the frustration, my daughter couldn't drive her car afterward because the mechanic was booked two weeks out for an inspection and warned us not to drive it until checked. Thankfully, we had a backup car so she could get to work. Overall, very disappointed. It seems the young service workers at Valvoline need more experience to accurately diagnose issues and provide reliable service.

There were several other cars in their garage with darker tint than mine and he said well, they are not here for an inspection. he handed me the law that explicitly says that "the vehicle cannot have aftermarket tinting on the windshield or on the windows to the left or right of the driver." But the tint they failed me for is on the back windows not the front or the driver sides. What a joke! I do not recommend bringing your car here for an inspection.
