Because it closes at 6pm, I was able to get here after work. I didn't know how much it costs to transfer a title at the DMV since it was my first time doing it, but I was charged $432 for it here via Zelle. It was a transfer between family members which means I didn't have to pay any use or sales taxes apparently. So I would've been charged only $15 at the DMV. I wish I asked for a breakdown of the charge and honestly just got some time off work to go to the DMV. He took advantage of the fact that I am new to this whole thing and overcharged me. I wish I did my research before coming here. I was deceived and scammed. When I called him about this afterwards he offered to mail me a $100 check for deleting my review . I want my money back.

I actually found them on the DMV website listed as a 'DMV partner' who could help with vehicle registration, so I decided to just go over (without an appointment) to see what would happen.
