The coolant leak is from an auxiliary radiator. I drive a CTS-V, so its not your basic cooling system. They were honest with me and said they have never changed that system on a V and wouldn't feel comfortable doing so. They could have easily just winged it just to get my money. But, they were honest about it and didn't even charge me for diagnosing the issue since they couldn't work on it. Definitely taking my other cars here when they need something.

They are honest and, in my opinion, absolutely number one. They have always been more than fair in pricing, but even more than that, they have always been straightforward with my vehicles have never pressured me to do anything that I didn't feel was necessary. They've always been good to give me a plan for what might need attention down the road, but never tried to sell me on service I didn't need. Never once have I ever felt like I've been taken advantage of. That goes the same for my wife. I have a classic 1997 Ford F150 and about four years ago I got some brake-work done by another mechanic in town. When I got the vehicle back, the brakes were worse than before! After going back multiple times to make it right, I finally washed my hands and walked away. I went to TWO other recommended mechanics after that to tried to get the situation correctly diagnosed and resolved. Both places said nothing was wrong even after a test drive with me in the vehicle each time. I started to think that it was just the fact that my truck was older. But after going to honest-1 for other things like oil changes and some engine work, I told them about my brakes situation. They took a look and found the problem in no time. And in just a few hours, they had me back on the road and now my brakes work beautifully!! Smooth and controlled! Just like they're supposed to be. Anthony and the team at Honest-1 are phenomenal. They didn't have another large SUV available until a few hours later and we didn't want to delay our road trip, so we went ahead with the original car and the attendant offered to take care of us upon return. During our trip we discovered another issue with the car which we explained to the rep Garrett upon drop off, and he took very good care of us as promised! We appreciated it so much. The patch they used wasn't the right size it turns out, and when I got back to Houston I went to Cherry Park to have it repaired with the correct sized patch. They told me my tires were all cracked and worn and I needed to replace all four. I wasn't going to do that. They're a little over a year old and I was JUST told by someone I trust that they were still good, but the one just had the nail in it. So when I picked it up, there was a warning light beeping and blinking saying my tailgate was open. I opened and closed it, turned the car off and back on and the light was still flashing. I went back inside and told the guy at the front who responded with "yeah I just saw that when I brought it up". If you saw that, why did you just hand me the key and say it was good to go? They took it back and kept it overnight to figure out what happened. My husband went to pick it up today and it was fine at first but then basically every warning light and sensor the car has started blinking and beeping. I'm taking it elsewhere to be fixed for real this time and I wont be going back. When Will worked at the front desk, he was honest about when we actually needed work on our cars and when we didn't. Since he left, the shop hasn't been the same.

This is a direct quote from the owner's response to a different review: 'As our signage at the entrance of the car wash states, "We are only responsible for items that are factory-installed, secured, undamaged, and on vehicles that are less than five years old." ' I fall into this category on all counts and still the claim was denied. I don't like to post bad reviews, but these unethical business practices need to be shared.

These guys call and hound me about the car, wanting to know when I am returning it. The insurance company has a contact department just for the purpose and keeping the local stores in the loop. I received a nissan versa and it was dirty. In the back seat, it look liked someone puked and let it dry. Then, they are supposed to delete stored phone information from renters when the car gets returned and that did not get done. No one there commicates or take notes, so I get calls from different people about the same thing and then they threaten to charge my credit card. I know that when they are short on cars, they call clients to see when the cars are being returned, but this is rediculous and out of hand. They need to stop agreeing to new rentals if they don't have cars on hand to rent.

They didn't have the car I wanted, but told me they could still be in a $30 a day total that I need to meet for insurance. I ended up with a smaller car than I wanted, but was told my total cost was exactly $30 a day. I left with the car and when I got home, I went to make a copy of the receipt to send to insurance. It was then when I pulled the rental agreement all the way out of the packet I seen the extra fees. It was about $42 a day. The rep at the counter increased the base rate from $22 to $30 showed me that part, but covered the extra fees with the envelope. I ended up returning the car. I stated I would rent from a different location. Another rep told me it is their practice to charge extra fees and the next location will do the same thing it's just how it works and that he knew better than me because he works there. Well I rented from the other location and my total was $29 and some change, exactly as advertised. Their rep didn't cover anything with an envelope. Showed me the full agreement before leaving the store and I ended up with a bigger car. Spring Cypress, location are straight up scammers. their policy is to be deceptive which is completely illegal. The spring Cypress car was also filthy so they had me bring it to the car wash for them and have it washed. Completely unprofessional. Update: They have now charged me $183.66. They didn't check the car back in for 5 days and billed me for it.

They were cheaper than all the other estimates I received and they were by far the nicest. Took my truck in on a Monday around 10 and it was done Wednesday afternoon. Pretty quick turn around time! Now here is where they impressed the pants off of me. My daughter accidentally opened the door into a holly bush, and scratched up the door. These guys here went above and beyond to professionally buff out the scratches and did it with out even bringing it up to my wife who picked up the vehicle. I called to confirm that I wanted to have the body work done but Marc hadn't made a note of it. Then, I thought about it, and remembered that he hadn't gotten my name or my vehicle's VIN number. The gentleman that took my call jotted my information and told me he'd place a note on Marc's computer so that he'd get in touch with me. Five days later (4 business days) I still had not received a call from Rancourt. I was running errands so I decided to stop by the shop. By then, they had my estimate and needed me to put down money for repair. I paid the repair in full and was told they would call me one the side mirror had arrived. Three business days later, I decided to call on a whim to see if the part had arrived. It had and they were in the process of painting it. Again- no one called to schedule a time for me to drop off my car. I had to call THEM. On the phone I was thinking aloud of what day I wanted to drop off my car. The young lady on the phone stated something to the effect of "you want to think about it and call us back." I felt like I was being rushed or as if she was exasperated that I was taking time (albeit 20 seconds or less) to think about all that I had going on that day. I made an appointment and was told to drop off the car before 8AM. I was told it would be ready before the end of the business day and I would receive a call once my vehicle was ready. I dropped my vehicle off before 8 AM the morning of my appointment and went home (my friend followed me there to drive me home). No one called. I waited until the next morning to call, thinking: Maybe they needed more time than they estimated. When I called I found out that the wrong mirror had been ordered which delayed the repair. Again, no one called me of this development. I would have completely understood if someone had only reached out to me. The repair of the mirror was done just fine. Jacob Soto was very professional and let me know it is a one hour labor/ one day repair however they would have the repairs completed the next day. I was not pressed for time and was ok with that. The next morning, He called and kept me updated. Then later afternoon , He called an Uber /as they provide shuttle service to pick me up when it was ready. They provided Wonderful service!
