I chose Sun Auto as my first pick and trusted them. I have taken my car to Sun Auto further down the street for spark plugs but will be coming here to this location going forward. Jacob Soto was very professional and let me know it is a one hour labor/ one day repair however they would have the repairs completed the next day. I was not pressed for time and was ok with that. So a year ago I came in here to have my car looked at and y'all came back with a whole plethora of things that yall said needed to be done. Yall wanted to charge me $95.62 to replace a small wiper nozzle. I just went to O'Reillys I purchased the nozzle set of two $25 and the guy put it on my car right there. Yall also put down that I needed all of the fluids that my car takes changed the guy said I was full in all of them. Yall wanted me to pay $119 to get the under part of my car decreased to see where the leak is coming from, the oil pan is off on one side of my car the guy was under there when he took the picture. I'm about to pay for the part and have someone come switch it out for $150 that's not what yall wanted to charge me. I originally took my vehicle to Caliber Auto Repair to avoid the high prices typically associated with dealerships. I dropped off my car early in the morning to have the transmission and check engine light issues diagnosed, expecting to hear back later that day. However, I didn't receive any communication, so I waited until the next day and called around noon. I spoke to a representative who informed me that the mechanic had concluded I needed a new transmission based on the color of the transmission fluid, which they said indicated internal damage. I was quoted $9,500 for the replacement. The representative also mentioned they would call back regarding the check engine light, but I never heard from them. At that point, I decided to pick up my car, paid the $120 diagnostic fee, and took it to the dealership for a second opinion. I dropped it off in the morning and heard back from the dealership that same afternoon. They informed me that there was no internal transmission damage--just dark transmission fluid that needed to be changed. I am usually impressed and satisfied with this location. Today I got an oil change and inspection done. Mario Hill was the advisor who assisted me today. He was very friendly and helpful. I decided to wait it out at the establishment. He kept me updated and made sure I was comfortable. I enjoy this location because they always have a way to make you feel like a part of the Caliber family. (Or maybe I just talk a lot!) They have plenty of amenities to make the wait a piece of cake. I had a delicious Pike's Place coffee from their machine, they have Wifi, so I was able to get work done, and they have water bottles as well. Their facilities are clean and their waiting area is comfortable. It ranges from soft armchairs where a big screen tv is, to high tops where you can plug in if need be. It can be a little pricy at times. Today was fairly standard, so the cost was to be expected. However, my experience in the past (as I've been going here since they opened back in 2019), is that they try to work with you as best as possible. read more

My first time here was great! So I came back for a follow up and to possibly get more work done. I was told something totally different as far as how they would diagnose if I had a bad fuel pump on my first visit. I had to continually state what the other guy suggested they would do (fuel sample, etc..) before the other guy would even ask. Everything else customer service wise seemed really good. When I came to pick up the vehicle the front desk told the tech right in front of me to bring my car to the front. I walk outside and the tech has pulled my vehicle back into a bay and has my doors open. I couldn't see what was happening so I went back in to talk to the front desk and ask was there anything wrong. They went to speak with the tech and he misheard (and was new) so I didn't think anything of it. I get home and my wife's stuff that was in the glove box is on the floor (personal/work stuff) as well as a mechanical piece to the glove box. My glove box is falling down hard and it's never done that. I call back to inform them and they said the tech had to remove the glove box to fix my issue, which is fine but my things doesn't get put back and assemble properly? Also a clear piece was cracked. They offered to replace it but I'm not as confident with them as I was at first. Today I go to open my hood to check my fluid levels (something I do often since it's my wife's vehicle) and my hood won't stay open. This is another issue I didn't have until I brought it to this location. I'm very disappointed and displeased. I keep finding issues after my visit that wasn't an issue. I'll just upload photos for proof. They snapped the hose checking my air filter and didn't report it. They took photos of everything else that needed to be replaced. This is hard to miss especially when I'm bringing my vehicle in for issue that these holes can correct. This establishment is very clean and the customer service was excellent at first. But the subpar work and the issues that I'm having afterwards I don't trust the work. I'm constantly finding new things as I explore under the hood myself what they either left undone or broke!!! And my told price for fixing everything was over $3000. I don't have any problem paying that (just paid more than that on the transmission) but I have to trust your work! This place is about as honest as you can get with a mechanic shop. Took my vehicle in for a State Inspection and they told me the TX machine somehow messed up the diagnostics to the vehicle and I'd have to come back a few days later to allow the codes to reset. At first I was thinking this guy is full of it and wanted my check engine light to come up so they hit me for more stuff. Called another friend of mine and they confirmed. I just want to share a very sweet story about your wrecker driver, Tyler. Today, an elderly woman, who was trying to find her way to my home, had wound up way off course and was totally lost. I was across town and was trying to help her find her way to my home via phone directions. The harder I tried, the worse the situation became. She was so lost that she couldn't even tell me where she was. Finally, after about 20 minutes of trying to get her headed in the right direction, I finally gave up and asked her to just pull off the road and look for someone that could help her with directions. She pulled off and I told her to find someone that looked like they knew where they were going! She walked up to your wrecker driver, Tyler and told him she was lost. I asked if she could give Tyler the phone and let me talk to him. Tyler was INCREDIBLY KIND to her and asked me to send the address where she needed to go to his phone. I did, assuming he would get her pointed in the right direction. Boy did I underestimate the situation! Tyler evidently knew that she needed an extra measure of help. I called her phone and got no answer, so I called his number to see if she was still there with him. He said "well, what we ended up doing was that I AM DRIVING AHEAD OF HER TO YOUR HOUSE! I was blown away by his kindness and his compassion for this elderly lady in trouble! I will be forever grateful to this kind young man and am hoping that his employer appreciates having this caliber of employee among its ranks. My brakes were grinding. I called & spoke to Paul & his demeanor, professionalism & customer service report on the phone made me comfortable. So the next morning I took my car in & Jonathan helped me. After going over what my concerns were & what they will assess (almost everything) he invited me to have a seat in their lounge. It was beautiful, super comfortable, hot coffee, cold water, a huge indoor playground for those with kids. It was not long before I received a text report with photos of everything they found that needed attention. Jonathan went over the recommendations & provided a written report & quote. Then a very nice young man drove me home in the shuttle. Jonathan called a while later to give me an update & an estimated time of completion. He later called again when my vehicle was ready.
