After a cross-country move back to the area, my car was making a terrible scraping sound. I called…read morearound to several garages to see if anyone could take a look and just let me know if it was safe to continue driving until a repair could be done. I kept being turned away and was told that it would be at least 4 days for anyone to look at the car and most places wanted me to be prepared to leave it with them for a couple days until they could get to it. I called Superior and was so lucky to reach Joe. He explained that they're really busy but asked me to come right away so he could go for a quick ride with me to hear the sound. We went around the block, Joe took a quick look under the car, and immediately knew what was causing the sound. He grabbed a tool and laid down in the parking lot to tighten up a part of the car that had worked loose and was catching on the tire. He had my problem diagnosed and fixed days before anyone else was even willing to look at it. I honestly was in tears because I was so grateful after such a long drive and stressful move. We will continue to go see Joe and his crew any time we need to have work done on our vehicles. He's the absolute best and such a kind man. This garage deserves your business!

i was physically restrained from taking my vehicle after paying for repairs that i did not…read moreauthorize. i was told to shut up, by the kid behind the counter because i was making him sick, when i was trying to talk to him as a human being. after paying for unauthorized work, and refusing to sign saying i had authorized the work, one of the twins told the other "don't let her leave." they stood in front of and behind my truck and would not move. the geriatric idiot phil came to my window recording me and mocking me. these are mature business owners?! they are stunted adolescent morons. i called the police, and was forced to sign their paperwork as i was threatened to have a lien placed on my vehicle if i didn't sign. in the past the tires they sold me cost $750.00. lasted less than 3 months and not even 10,000 miles. it took ten weeks to get a refund of $280.00 when i was told i would get a refund of 85-90%. not even close! it should be known i am a single woman and feel this had everything to do with my gender and the fact that i questioned them! stay away from these pathetic rip off artists.
