If you are a minority, I would NOT recommend this driving company because if they employed Karlene, I can't imagine the other instructors to be any better.

When I was finally able to speak with a representative, they claimed to have sent me the necessary link, though they were unable to provide any proof of this. I was then transferred to the office manager three times before being rescheduled for a Friday, August 16th afternoon session, as well as all-day sessions on Saturday, August 17th and Sunday, August 18th. This revised schedule was highly inconvenient, as I had made other plans that I was forced to cancel. The office manager, Maggie, assured me that she would call to confirm my information and ensure I receive the link to access the class. However, this did not occur. I called again at 4:30 PM to confirm my information and was once more promised that I would receive an email with the link by 6:00 PM. I have been calling since 5:00 PM and have yet to receive either the promised call or the link required to join the class session. I find this level of disorganization and lack of follow-through to be highly unprofessional. As a result, I am requesting a full refund of the $360 I paid so that I may seek out a more reliable provider to complete the required DUI course. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

I have done the same class before (not with the same company or instructor) and it felt the longest three days ever and I learned nothing. This was the complete opposite, the care and compassion Eric combines with his knowledge is what set it apart for me. Some people go to work just to collect a check and that's it, not Eric he is passionate about what he does and genuinely cares about people. If some one told me I would learn life changing skills and rethink my ways of thinking after a 20 hour course I would of never believed it. Eric is the type of man that can restore your faith in humanity and make you want to become a better person.

I requested a physical workbook due to my eyesight and was told to be at the Duluth office to pick it up on Monday by 4:00 (they are not open on weekends) on the day of the class (1/12/26). I left work early and arrived by 4:00 only to find they were closed. I was told the office manager left early and I had to view the workbook electronically. That was just the first red flag. I realized early in the class that the instructor did not seem to like me by his responses to my answers to some of his questions. I was trying to show that I was present and participating, but he was condescending and he belittled/berated me if he disagreed with my responses. By the last day, he questioned in class if the children that I work with even like me (the classes are recorded). This was personally not a positive experience for me. I would not recommend. Finally, the communication appears to be primarily via text messages, and the beginning of the thread seems to be automated (at least over the weekend) since I asked questions that were never answered and the responses were generic. It asked if wanted to participate in another program, but when I asked what it was, I didn't receive an answer. If you text them with issues during the week, an actual person will respond, it just takes a while.
