Just got done shopping at this home depot where my husband was getting supplies to build two…read morepicture frames. He was SO excited about this project. I was happy to see him happy. Home depot quickly ruined that! We spent about a half hour collecting all the supplies we needed, went to the checkout area (its self checkout with a customer service rep monitoring the stations), and that's where things took a wrong turn. Rang up all our items then it got to the lumber pieces. He scans the ticket sticker on the piece of wood and the computer lights up saying we need assistance from a customer service rep. She was standing right there and so he says, yeah I just need to ring this piece of wood up? This strip of skinny wood was under $2. She rang up that he bought 15 pieces of 15 foot strips of wood (clearly she could see we did NOT have that in our cart!) In the chaos of the hustle and bustle of retail this time of year, he didn't realize the cost was WAY over and was trying to pay and get out of the store. Right after the receipt comes out he looks at it and says to the customer service rep, "wait a minute, I said the piece of wood was 15 feet, you charged me for 15 separate pieces of wood!" She says "oh I sorry you have go to customer service for that." Now fuming inside... we go to customer service and stand in yet another line. Get to the return station and tell this girl what happened and she looks at the receipt for 2 seconds and says "oh this is such and such amount$ per foot" - THIS WAS INCORRECT - she just brushed it off to get us out of the store and keep the line moving. My husband knew she was wrong but at this point realized nobody cared enough to fix this issue and we were both having anxiety attacks on top of fuming with anger so we just left the store. We both double checked this piece of lumber, the price etc. and they overcharged us without a doubt. THEIR MISTAKE. An expensive mistake!! A CARELESS mistake. The kind of mistake that makes you want to never go shopping again. The kind of mistake that when it happens at the end of a stressful week makes you feel suicidal. Thanks home depot, for ruining the chance of happiness my husband would have had today if you had one modicum of care or decency.

I was 3/4 out of parking space and the driver speed up to about 45 mph in the parking lot and barely missed my car as the driver squeezed around it. The driver is obviously a very aggressive driver, and Life Is Good should put a speed monitor in the company jeep.

The only negative here is that there is no handicapped parking anywhere near the labcorp even though there is a curb cut there and there should be. Barnes and Noble, Lowes, Best Buy, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Dicks, Five Below, Old Navy, Ross, and Giant are some of the big names here, with many many other stores scattered throughout. If you need it, you're bound to find it in one of these stores. Black Friday could get a bit hectic, but the savings between all these stores and you're bound to get all your shopping done in one night! (As I often do). The first thing is, it is in a very convient location. Minutes from the exit off Interstate 476 and a few more for the exit off Interstate 276, for those who might live further like myself. There are a few entrances and exits to keep in mind. There is Chemical Road, which has a light and is the more crowded exit, and there is Gallagher Road on the side which also has a light and is less crowded. There are also three more exits onto Gallagher Road, without lights. Getting around isn't too bad, there are a few big roads going through the shopping center that branch off to get you to any store you need. If you want to get around all the bustle of the center of the shopping center, there is a road that goes around the back of most of the stores, linking exits onto Gallagher Road and Chemical Road, with entrances to various points of the Metroplex. All in all, Metroplex is amazing and one of my favorite shopping centers of all time. It is definitely an experience, one which in would reccomend to the highest degree if you love shopping.

The service was great! The owner was very nice and quickly replaced the pedal, filled air in the tires and fixed the breaks! All for under 30 bucks! I would definitely come back to this friendly shop.
