I recently needed a new windshield for a 2001 Mercedes ML430 . This SUV is in like new condition and it deserves the best. I did a deep dive online to look for auto glass services. I will admit that I was more concerned about the quality of the glass and the workmanship on the installation than the actual price. My cracked windshield was a genuine Mercedes with the star mark made by Saint Gobain Sekurit, a quality OEM glass. I wanted either OEM or something equivalent . I wanted to avoid the cheaper, flimsy glass from the PRC. Like many car manufacturers, Mercedes spec glass is important for the structure, safety and also for sound deadening inside the cabin. Jim the owner of Driven Auto Glass responded quickly with a very fair quote for OEM glass from the dealer, but also a quote for Pilkington glass out of the UK which is quite equivalent to the OEM glass. I was familiar with Pilkington for use in a Mercedes and it is top quality, on par with Saint Gobain imo. I chose Driven because they appeared to have extensive experience with glass replacement and they earned top marks from many for excellent workmanship on the installation. This company comes to you and installs where your vehicle is. In my case they came to my home in Franktown. What a superb team that brought out the right windshield, made by Pilkington as Jim promised and the installation was flawless. It turns out that the my cracked windshield was original to the vehicle, but the team did a first rate job with installation of the new glass. I am so pleased with this company! I plan to call Driven Auto Glass anytime I need automotive glass. Jim and his company take pride in their work and are dedicated to excellence. There are a lot of auto glass companies out there, but Driven is a gem. I highly recommend them! read more

I'm very impressed with Driven. I went through Yelp services to replace the broken windshield on a 1995 Toyota pickup. Jim, the owner, was the first to respond with a quote. He provided me with the earliest date available and was great at getting back to me right away to make sure that the windshield is the correct size (it's pre-Tacoma). He is very courteous and friendly, as were the two technicians, Jack and Brandon. They promised an AM installation and called to let me know they were on their way. Once they arrived and greeted me, they went right to work. Again, the word "impressed" comes to mind for an overall rating. I checked with several glass companies to replace the windshield on my 2000 GMC pickup. Driven was the least expensive, over 50% cheaper then the national brand that heavily advertises. They were extremely courteous and careful with a satellite antenna wire that mounted under the windshield. VERY satisfied with the experience and this company. read more

Had a great experience with Driven Auto Glass! I had a crack that almost went across my entire windshield and had been wanting to replace it eventually, so I finally asked around for quotes. Driven ended up with the best value so I decided to go with them, and I was thoroughly pleased with the job. They were very responsive through the Yelp app messages and the day of my appointment were very communicative with me with when they would be arriving for the mobile windshield replacement.
